The food was cold— like less than room temperature although I picked up the order as soon as it was ready. The nachos (if you can call it that) were basically chips with a sample of meat and cheese although I paid for extra.

I wish that I could give this Taco Bell ZERO stars but I guess that one will suffice. The customer service at this location is extremely poor. Management needs to work on improving their attitudes, chaotic dining room, and unmotivated staff that prepares food at about the same rate as a sloth. I’ve been waiting over 30 minutes for 3 burritos…THREE. I’ve watched numerous customers that arrived after me come and go. Then to make matters worse they’re giving orders out partially to customers so while waiting on other items to be completed the items that they had already given out are now cold. This location is extremely disorganized and is in dire need of structure!

Something was clearly on fire in the kitchen smoking up the dining room; full of people waiting for orders and then they didn't include all the items for the order asked for. Rude and disrespectful employee harassing paying customers into leaving. I understand this is the all night location next to ASU but this was ridiculous. Unless you have an hour to get "fast food" don't bother.

Ordered three crunchy tacos and one burrito supreme knowing the serving size would be very small. What I ordered turned out to be pathetic. The food was cold with no taste and not fit to eat. I guess this happens at every Taco Bell. To be fair, when fast food companies do not pay their frontline workers a decent wage, the customer ends up getting poor quality in both service and food. Hey Taco Bell Management, you might want to take a cue from In and Out by paying your frontline workers a decent wage and in return the service and food at Taco Bell would end up being better quality than what is right now.

Food is correct most of the time but the drive thru is VERY slow. Workers have all been pretty nice.

I made it clear to the workers that my burrito needed to be remade three times due to their repeated errors. Despite my patience, I observed a young male worker in the back expressing dissatisfaction with my requests. It is not my fault my order was made wrong. Shout out to the nice old man working there. I forgot his name but he was very helpful.

I come to this taco bell all the time because I live right around the corner from there. But I kid you not I won't even say ALMOST everytime it IS EVERYTIME I go in to that taco bell I'm ALWAYS missing something OR ANOTHER. So I don't feel like driving or going back I try and call. And EVERY TIME I get on the phone to call them it rings and rings and rings and rings. So if I want my items replaced or refunded then I have to get in my car and drive back there.Today I went in and ate there because taco bell is by far my favorite fast food chain to eat at. I ordered 3 chalupas, 3 burrito Supremes, 3 cheesy bean and rice burritos, 2 orders of the chips and nacho cheese and a large drink.I ended up with a medium drink, 2 chalupas, 1 burrito supreme, 4 cheesy bean and rice burritos, 2 monster gordito crunchs and an order of the cinnamon twists. I thought there was a screen that shows what order has what in it. I'm disappointed in this Taco Bell it used to be my favorite but now they are pushing me away each and everytime I go there. I also got a little bit of an attitude from the much younger employees that work there just because I had something wrong with my order. They have always made it right in the past but it's becoming consistent and happening every visit. My last order I told you about has not been made right made right because of the calling issue. They let it ring and ring and no one ever answers. So if that can be made right I would very much appreciate it.Thanks again,Georgia Pineo

It just seems like an uptight place to be. But the nachos for $2.99, smacks. Even if the cook is shiesty.

It's an OK establishment! It's in ASU campus territory! It's pretty clean! They're open 24hs! The only thing that really piss me off was I couldn't go to the restroom after a certain time, but you take my money like I owe yall something, but won't let me pee! Yea, ok!
