Food was Taco Bell standard but what I was shocked by was the super professional staff and the cleanliness of this location. Two things I normally dont expect. But I went in about 7pmish 10/14 they were super busy in the drive thru and I placed an online order. I didnt even mind have to wait as long as I did. The young man that was running the show was so courteous and apologetic about the wait. Team work was on point.

It's almost like when you order extra beans and rice in a burrito they take out some out of spite and leave you with three bites of food and a tortilla

The absolute laziest employees, I go to the counter ready to order and the kid behind the counter tells me I have to use the kiosk. I informed him I only have cash and I would rather take my order at the counter, to which he replies no you can order on the kiosk and then afterwards pay up here. What's the big deal about taking my order face to face? Why is it that literally every Taco Bell in the city refuses to take people's orders face-to-face. It's only a matter of time before someone goes in and starts smashing those kiosks

Super slow, staff members purposely ignore customers, waited 25 mins for 2 TACOS!!
I was about to order using the cashier but nobody wasn't there and a rude men come up to me and said on a rude tone of voice (Order the a machine) but I want to order on a cashier and he would let me how a rude men he should not work there with a nasty disrespect attitude.
Nice staff and my order is always right and fast!
This is the worst Taco Bell of getting your order correct, even after the person asks you if everything looks correct on the screen.
I just ordered 1 chicken cantina burrito, 1 rice and bean burrito, 10pc Chicken nuggets and large Pepsi zero.
I get home and I have 1 chicken cantina burrito, 2 rice and bean burritos and large Pepsi zero. In this heat who wants to get back in their vehicle to get the correct order.
This is not the first time it's happened nor the fifth time.
This Taco Bell being so close to home, I guess it'll be awhile before I return.

My lord the food is heavenly a baja blast with a side of a luxe combo delicious! The service was great the inside was a little bland and hot but the food proves this place right, thank you taco bell 🔔
Dietary restrictions: Lots of a food is fattening so I'd try to ask for other options cause they all have tons of carbs.
Kid-friendliness: The music is pretty nice, no cuss words for the forty minutes we sat.
Wheelchair accessibility: There was a ramp if not I forgot but please check google maps for Me I forgot! Just remember the food is great so the struggle is worth it.

So me and my kids walk in and there is no one dining in or waiting so we walk up to the counter and try to order but the woman standing there on her phone starts to tell me that I have to use the computer screens they have to place our order. I asked why she couldn’t take the order and I get a puzzled look from her. We left and went to the one on Rural and Ray. Don’t come to this one.
