This is the WORST taco Hell I've EVER been to. You couldn't PAY me to eat here. Trash ass managers and garbage service! If you have such an attitude and don't wanna work there quit! It's simple! God gave you a brain right? Use it. I'd eat off the ground before I ate at this location! They ont open on tine, and they don't clean lobby or the ice machines EVER , the ice is white and should be clear....disgusting!!!!!!!!! DONT EAT HERE FOLKS, there's plenty of other things nearby!!!!!!

Apparently, they are short staffed. The counter requires waiting until one of the staff making meals can respond. If you do not have the App for the automated ordering, which has its own issues. A walk-in customer is stuck waiting for the drive through.
The employee that was working on the line facing the drive-thru/east at around 13:55 hours today on 10/1, could not hear the name my order was under correctly
He heard something else and could not find my order even though it was in the system I did not have anything in my mouth when I told him the name my order was under
After my order was done, it was put on the mobile & delivery pickup shelf and my name was called out correctly by another employee while he was squatting in front of the safe under the front counter
He said something to me that I don't recall and I told him that I said Cheeky as in Cheeky Bastard His ears must have had something in it that altered the name Cheeky
He also disrespected me by telling me to, "go eat your food" He did not say sorry that he did not hear the name correctly nor after he disrespected me He could have also asked me what's in my order

The incompetence at this store really gets under my skin…it never fails that every single time I order from there my order is always wrong and it’s terrible quality food. Slimy lettuce, dry tough potatoes, brown tomatoes.. Literally every time. Whether it’s through the drive through or the app. ALL of the employees need to be retrained. Especially through mobile orders. READING IS ESSENTIAL! This time I ordered a bean and cheese burrito with no red sauce or onions and they added extra onions. This is just the latest incidence. I’m just over this place.

Good taste. Excellent place for families. Generally less crowded place. Staffs are kind.
$12 for a 2 piece combo, 20 minutes before I received the food, going back to sit down restaurants, fast food is no longer fast, inexpensive or enjoyable.

Another A+ experience at taco bell today i accidentally ordered a bean crunch wrap supreme ???instead of one with beef in the nice people let me exchange it! big win thank you guys appreciate it lots :)
