I am a full time gig worker who came from food service and I was impressed by this crew. I could hear how busy it was at 1:30 pm on a Tuesday and a young girl came out to fill a cup. I could see the all too familiar look on her face and wanted her to know that her and her crew were seen and appreciated for all their hard work. These are our community members and even though we may be on a rushed lunch break we wouldn’t have Taco Bell without them all so next time you are here...

Apparently, they are short staffed. The counter requires waiting until one of the staff making meals can respond. If you do not have the App for the automated ordering, which has its own issues.
