Update, I went back on Friday night and had a chance to have a chili cheese burrito which I have not had since probably 1997 until the guy at the counter and it was perfect just like I remembered, that whole night staff are so friendly.

OVERALL SO SAD DOESNT, matter franchise or corporate don't waste your time they have employees 😒 but none don't know CUSTOMER SERVICE,or even how to be register person they depend on these machines I like old school talk with someone charge me and go from their l, not attitude or remarks underneath their breath because I rather order with a person and the attitude bad !! Five stars for Ann, amazing customer service. Clean lobby. I avoid the one at priest and university and drive to this one instead.
The usual average fast food. But in this case, the crispy checked burrito was good,but the new Aqua frescas were too watery for me.

For the past few visits, the drive thru employees don't give me everything that I ordered. I don't understand why as soon as half of the order is ready, they hand it to you. Granted I should look in the bag, but it's not my job to make sure everything is good to go. Yesterday's order, I didn't receive two of my items and I got one I didn't order. I was too hungry to call the number and go back and explain my situation. Not happening. I'll have to go to another Taco Bell further away from home.
