Update, I went back on Friday night and had a chance to have a chili cheese burrito which I have not had since probably 1997 until the guy at the counter and it was perfect just like I remembered, that whole night staff are so friendly.

OVERALL SO SAD DOESNT, matter franchise or corporate don't waste your time they have employees 😒 but none don't know CUSTOMER SERVICE,or even how to be register person they depend on these machines I like old school talk with someone charge me and go from their l, not attitude or remarks underneath their breath because I rather order with a person and the attitude bad !!

For the past few visits, the drive thru employees don't give me everything that I ordered. I don't understand why as soon as half of the order is ready, they hand it to you. Granted I should look in the bag, but it's not my job to make sure everything is good to go. Yesterday's order, I didn't receive two of my items and I got one I didn't order. I was too hungry to call the number and go back and explain my situation. Not happening. I'll have to go to another Taco Bell further away from home.
