Unprofessional Experience with Angie I recently visited this location and had an unfortunate experience with an employee named Angie. I had placed a mobile order as most people do these days and came in simply to pick it up. When I mentioned that I was there for an order under Alex Nero, Angie responded in a rude and condescending tone, asking if it was “correct on the screen.” I explained that the screen wasn’t working, but she repeated herself in a dismissive way.When I asked about a refund at the window, she stated that online refunds could only be done through the app, which I know isn’t accurate since I’ve had a refund processed directly at other locations before. I’ve already reached out to corporate regarding this issue, but I wanted to share my experience here as well.I hope management takes this as constructive feedback — customer service should make guests feel respected and valued. Unfortunately, this visit fell short of that standard. you guys should take notes from Dallas locations very friendly customer service in Texas

Tried this Taco Bell again never again. They can not get orders correct. Or read a screen. I have a person that is allergic to some items. When they make it wrong and you bring it to their attention. They get very rude and degrade you. They say racist remarks and degrade you. Then they still make it wrong. Their management does not care as they do not respond to complaints. If you have any special needs or have any expectations to have your order correct not to be spoken down to or called racial slurs I would stay as far away from this Taco Bell as you can. There is one just down the road that treats you with respect will get your order correct and be happy your a customer.

Why say open 24 hours if the after 12 staff doesn't make foo? Hold them accountable. If its late and they can't be arsed to make a half decent burrito close at 2 am , aside the fact that they were only taking mobile orders

I was initially let down during my early morning visit to a Taco Bell that claims to be open 24 hours. When I arrived at the drive-thru around 5:00 a.m., I was informed that they were only taking DoorDash orders. Undeterred, I headed to the Taco Bell located at 1336 West University Drive in Tempe. There, I was greeted by a wonderfully friendly staff member who patiently waited as I browsed the menu, and the food turned out to be fantastic.
