Orders during night shift on doordash twice and both times gave my order to someone else. Went over to the place to order it myself and didn’t get all of my food and poor tacos. Don’t recommend. My wife is pregnant and is now very mad at me thanks!!

Now, I know rating a fast food joint 5 stars puts me in one of two categories for anyone bored enough to read this review. Fat or bored. I'll let you guess which one. Anyways, back to the seriousness that is this analysis of Taco Bell. I've noticed in the last year or so (I'll call it TB for short) TB has been steadily and silently stepping up their game. No big announcements or some annoying new corporate slogan to gain the trust of the public and sway would be McDonald's eaters to their side. Thank goodness. We don't need any more of that in this country. No, what TB has done in true winning fashion is instead of telling us all what they're going to do, they just did it. And actions, even when not complimented by a single word are far more powerful than a dictionary full of them.
I noticed that the employees seem happy with their jobs. There's an air of satisfaction and pride in the workforce as a whole at TB and I always drive away feeling good and ready to eat rather than pissed off and too angry to taste my food.
And the food is, well, better. It's the right temp, the ingredients taste right and the new sauces, awesome. I love that someone finally had the balls to make some HOT sauce, that's spicy. Bravo.
Overall TB is doing well and this location slammed it home tonight. Best soft tacos I've had yet at this place and the dude that served me, couldn't have been nicer and more engaged in the transaction.
Keep it up TB. Keep improving and being quiet about it. We are noticing, trust me.

So , I'll start by saying , I HATE TACO BELL...but had bought my mom their chicken wings, nuggets, whatever they're called n decided to go n treat my son... I was DISSAPOINTED at this BEAN BURRITO, HAVING A SMEAR OF BEANS, MORE TORTILLA THAN BEANS ! NOT THE BUSINESS! IF YOUR GONNA MAKE THEM THAT SKIMPY, THEY SHOULD BE .79c , LIKE THEY USED TO BE !!!!!!!THAN THE PRICE OF THEIR STEAK FRIES, WHICH...HAD MAYBE 12 FRIES, FOR THE PRICE???????????? REEDICKULOUS ! THATS WHY I DONT TACO BELL..... PAYING FOR AN OLD REPUTATION, INSTEAD OF GOOD FOOD! TO WHICH BOTH...... are at stake !

I’m a student that goes to asu. I frequently get breakfast in the morning and I’ve had multiple bad experiences at this location. I’m never greeted when entering the restaurant, the staff seems so upset to be there very nonchalant attitudes, and frequently profiled. Corporate needs to fire the whole staff. It’s like a problem that I’m hungry. Pls find better management and employees. Will never return to this location.

If you are craving Taco Bell and you won’t settle for anything else, just keep driving. I took a break from this Taco Bell for over 6 months after finding a penny in my chalupa(not a joke), and tonight I decided I would risk it. Boy was it a bad idea. I got their $7 luxe box, they forgot the burrito entirely, and both tacos were ICE cold. Like as if they made it and let it sit in the fridge for a minute or two. Huge bummer. I love Taco Bell, but this specific location is just bad.

This is supposed to be a 24-hour location. This was the second that I visited that took my money through the mobile app and advised, upon arrival, that they were only accepting mobile and pick up orders. I am $40 down with no food, for no reason. Disappointing… Ridiculous… Complicated… Frustrating…
If it wasnt for the amazing care and work from Angie and Christina i would have never known that this taco bell location is the best in Tempe! ??
Their consideration and attention to detail while multitasking the business side and making the customer's first is rare and incredible.
I love Going to restaurants where they make me feel like we all matter?
I keep coming here because it feels more like seeing your best friend than it is just going into a business. Thank you All for all of your hard work, and thank you for staying dynamic ?
