I’m a student that goes to asu. I frequently get breakfast in the morning and I’ve had multiple bad experiences at this location. I’m never greeted when entering the restaurant, the staff seems so upset to be there very nonchalant attitudes, and frequently profiled. Corporate needs to fire the whole staff. It’s like a problem that I’m hungry. Pls find better management and employees. Will never return to this location.

If you are craving Taco Bell and you won’t settle for anything else, just keep driving. I took a break from this Taco Bell for over 6 months after finding a penny in my chalupa(not a joke), and tonight I decided I would risk it. Boy was it a bad idea. I got their $7 luxe box, they forgot the burrito entirely, and both tacos were ICE cold. Like as if they made it and let it sit in the fridge for a minute or two. Huge bummer. I love Taco Bell, but this specific location is just bad.

This is supposed to be a 24-hour location. This was the second that I visited that took my money through the mobile app and advised, upon arrival, that they were only accepting mobile and pick up orders. I am $40 down with no food, for no reason. Disappointing… Ridiculous… Complicated… Frustrating…
If it wasnt for the amazing care and work from Angie and Christina i would have never known that this taco bell location is the best in Tempe! ??
Their consideration and attention to detail while multitasking the business side and making the customer's first is rare and incredible.

The burrito I ordered came with crunchie rice, the lobby is super small and can only hold 12 ppl at most. The parking lot entrance is always blocked by the drive through line... None of it makes sense, I will try the circle k burritos and will probably be more satisfied..
Construction traffic on the weekend is Absolutely horrible.... So just plan for that. Otherwise it's a great TBell!
