Shout out to the cashier working the drive thru at 6:43pm. I wish I would have gotten her name. She had the world's best customer service. Thank you.

I was initially let down during my early morning visit to a Taco Bell that claims to be open 24 hours. When I arrived at the drive-thru around 5:00 a.m., I was informed that they were only taking DoorDash orders. Undeterred, I headed to the Taco Bell located at 1336 West University Drive in Tempe. There, I was greeted by a wonderfully friendly staff member who patiently waited as I browsed the menu, and the food turned out to be fantastic.

Completely messed up my order went back again and still got it wrong and also tried to blame us for their mistakes. Whoever was working the speaker calling my gf “hon” over and over again was incredibly rude and the entire time she had an attitude. Don’t go here until the current employees are gone.

The money of the Cantina bowl only, I said I don't want money am advising what is making my wife sick she only eat that bowl, to you can stop selling this or check what's going on with this food, and she respond coursing me and yelling at me that she will never refund anything when am not asking for refund but she was talking over me, also I asked
Her for her mangr number or 800 number and refuse hanging out with me.

depends what's on the menu kids loves the classic $5 Delux or the $7 supreme Deluxe. good mango tea extremely sweet but tasted good I have to add water to mine don't do suga like that.
The workers at this location are so rude like I get that this may not be the most fun job but if you have a problem with working then find another job. Employees were rude for drive thru orders and one kept giving us attitude even tho he was being slow and couldn’t provide good service. These people need to get their egos checked because they’re obviously not doing their job but have the audacity to be rude. Drive thru wait was 30 mins and we were the only ones in line. Made us pull around because they were taking too long.

Order was put upside down so content fell out when pulled out of the bag . Also cashier very rude didn't say a word and purposely dropped the change . So at that point who cares about the food .
Restaurantji Recommends
Food is great with reasonable prices. They could use more meat in the tacos other than that great service

Orders during night shift on doordash twice and both times gave my order to someone else. Went over to the place to order it myself and didn’t get all of my food and poor tacos. Don’t recommend. My wife is pregnant and is now very mad at me thanks!!
Now, I know rating a fast food joint 5 stars puts me in one of two categories for anyone bored enough to read this review. Fat or bored. I'll let you guess which one. Anyways, back to the seriousness that is this analysis of Taco Bell. I've noticed in the last year or so (I'll call it TB for short) TB has been steadily and silently stepping up their game. No big announcements or some annoying new corporate slogan to gain the trust of the public and sway would be McDonald's eaters to their side. Thank goodness. We don't need any more of that in this country. No, what TB has done in true winning fashion is instead of telling us all what they're going to do, they just did it. And actions, even when not complimented by a single word are far more powerful than a dictionary full of them.
I noticed that the employees seem happy with their jobs. There's an air of satisfaction and pride in the workforce as a whole at TB and I always drive away feeling good and ready to eat rather than pissed off and too angry to taste my food.
And the food is, well, better. It's the right temp, the ingredients taste right and the new sauces, awesome. I love that someone finally had the balls to make some HOT sauce, that's spicy. Bravo.
Overall TB is doing well and this location slammed it home tonight. Best soft tacos I've had yet at this place and the dude that served me, couldn't have been nicer and more engaged in the transaction.
Keep it up TB. Keep improving and being quiet about it. We are noticing, trust me.
