Usually this taco bell is perfectly fine. And I'm willing to change my review next time, but I need this to be documented. Tonight I ordered a beefy 5 layer burrito. Ive had hundreds throughout my life. But tonight mine came absolutely covered in beef grease. Not just grease leaking out the ends, which it's also doing, but bright orange beef grease coating nearly the entire outside of the tortilla. Like their prepping station is covered in the stuff and they didn't bother wiping it before making my order.
The greasy areas on both ends are soaked through with grease, completely soggy. It's like they let their beef container sit around for a long while, didn't stir it AT ALL, and their scoop from the top was half full of pure orange liquid. It's inedible and so disappointing.
I used to work at a taco bell and they trained us to avoid exactly these issues. And that serving customers a ton of unstirred ground beef with heaps of grease is how people get diarrhea from taco bell.
I really hope they fix this by the next time I go.

Absolutely awful staff. Everyone was clearly miserable and they made it everyone else's problem. The food took FOREVER to prepare, and the drive-through line goes out onto the main road, causing traffic for the whole neighborhood.

My family received awesome customer service, our food was piping hot and we didn't have to wait for a long time. The nacho fries were very good. Thank you for a great experience.
Overall, this Taco Bell did a solid job. The food was good, the location is convenient, and the restaurant itself was clean. The only reason I’m not giving five stars is due to some confusion with a mobile order. When I went inside, the first employee asked for the name on my order but then didn’t follow up or acknowledge me afterward. A manager then came over, asked for the order name again, checked the computer, and told me there was no order under that name—suggesting I verify the address in the app. I showed him the order on my phone, and the address was correct. Almost immediately after that, another employee walked out with my bag, with my name clearly printed on it. So the order was there all along. Not a huge issue in the grand scheme of things, but a little better awareness and communication—especially from management—would make the experience smoother. Still a good stop overall.

Another taco bell. Pepsi Taco! It's over for you. Too greedy too corporate! Old tacky and done! You were sweet in early 90s. The whole purple themed take over was major fumble. Looks like public restrooms. I could tell you but, show me the money! I told then, what's Taco Bell? White and purple urinals!
