As a vegetarian, I can't even eat here inexpensively anymore since the discontinuation of the Fiesta Veggie Burrito. That was such a powerful meal option on the road, a massive cheat code, easily the most nutritious value menu item. And now that it's gone I can't really justify returning to Taco Bell.There are still some vegetarian options here, but the Black Bean Crunchwrap is now over $6, and it simply isn't as good as the Fiesta was. The Cheesy Bean And Rice Burrito sucks and makes me feel gross. The Potato Tacos are okay but don't match the value or nutrition of what we lost.Taco Bell used to push the boundaries of what inexpensive vegetarian fast food could be. They're failing in every respect of that with their new menu changes. And they're losing this extremely loyal customer for their failure.

Went in to order food from my family and they had several employees sitting and standing around playing on thier phones. I walked up to the counter to order and they would not assist me and demanded that I use the self serve terminal to order. They stated that they could not take my order unless it's cash. Well I was ordering food with special requests. I guess this store pays people not to assist them and prefers to chit chat among themselves and get paid for not assisting customers. I ended up walking out and never will return again.

Good was pretty good but I happened to come in at a very busy time but was accommodated with a drink. To be honest, I didn't even wait long at all, but I was shocked that they offered a drink while waiting for my order. I felt their service was genuine and I really appreciated that.
I have lived next to this taco bell for ~4 years & they used to be SO good, but lately, it’s been terrible. For now the 4th time in a row , they messed up my order or forgot something.(tonight, 2/15 at 7:35pm) This time, the guy didn’t give me a receipt, but forgot 2 items in the bag. the items that WERE in the bag (tacos) were not wrapped in paper and look like they were literally chucked in the bag, sour cream EVERYWHERE. It was honestly pretty comical at how terribly bagged the order was, one of the tacos was upside down, no paper and broken as it was on the bottom. wth.The other day, i asked for a cheese quesadilla w/ extra jalapeño sauce & i genuinely think there was no sauce on it. sucks considering they charge extra for this…at LEAST 75% of my orders within the last 6 months have missing items. The other 25% have been messed up in another way or form.The one time i went back to get my order corrected, the gal at the window acted like i was either a liar or stupid. she was short with me, gave me attitude at the speaker, etc. the interaction was genuinely so awkward and terrible, ive been too scared to go back when the order is bad.I am assuming maybe they’re going through staffing issues or something, so I try not to be too critical, however, it seems like the minimal, baseline efforts of their literal jobs are not being done at all and it’s so disappointing, especially when you get home and realize the food you got is wrong or missing… ://.

Overall one of the best taco bells I've been to. I love the AGM they are great and the whole team has a great attitude. 4 star food because it's still fast food, I just like Taco Bell.

This taco bell is a pure dump. Asked for (1) bean burrito and (2) crunchy tacos using the the drive through, almost cost me $8 and when I brought it back to work, all of the ingredients had come out of the taco shell and wrapping and ended up in the bottom of the bag. Overcharging food and also they ask you if you would round off the total to the next higher dollar amount for donations? Nonsense Garbage!!

I usually only get breakfast which is the sausage crunch wrap however I didn't want to drive far so I went here. Ordered the #9 which is the Mexican pizza and 2 taco supremes. Told the person taking orders no lettuce on the tacos and easy beans. Of course the employee making the order didn't listen.
