What a weird time here today. I put my order in at 1:20 and some worker was cleaning and the lobby started to fill up yet dude kept cleaning for another 10 minutes. Then this girl comes in, wearing a Hijab, with a friend. She goes behind the counter, makes food for her friend, hands it to her and leaves. This happened all before they started making orders for the 10 people in the lobby. It's now 25 minutes later and I'm being told I will have to wait for my drink while they catch up on orders. Wtf.
Every time I come here Angela does a great job! This is one of the best Taco Bells in Tempe.

Don’t know why I go back here, just sat trapped in a drive thru line for 30 mins, backed up and obstructing traffic into mill ave with only 3 cars in front of me. Got in line before noon didn’t get to the window til 12:30. Late back to work from lunch bc I decided to give this joke of a location a chance again don’t waste ur time on ur lunch break you could get a burrito 10x quicker and better at calafia or taco boys

Mid day on a Wednesday I decided to come into this Taco Bell Cantina for a quick bit to eat. When I arrived at the register, I was immediately asked by management if I could use the self serve kiosk? I was the only one in the store besides two others who were already sitting and eating their meal. I obliged because I was hungry or I probably would have left. After ordering my meal myself so management could take their extended brake in the back, the person who made my three burritos, made them at a snails pace. The service here was poor and unprofessional and I would no recommend this location to any friends or relatives

Let me start by saying that I'm traveling for work from Colorado, and I eat taco bell quite frequently there. This has to be one of the best experiences I've ever had at any taco bell location my entire life. The food was fresh and extremely well prepared, the guys working behind the counter were very friendly and everything was hot and fresh. Not to mention that I think I came close to when they were closing after placing an online order. Usually I wouldn't do that but I was on my way back to my hotel and didn't realize it until I got home to write this review. There are two rockstars working at this location. Whoever was closing 6/12/24 at this location should be promoted to managers!!!
