Whole experience was frustrating and food was awful - Not consistent with other taco bell locations. Got the vibe that the two guys behind the register were drunk, especially when they messed up my alcoholic beverage and took it to the backroom instead of throwing it away…

We stopped by Taco Bell Cantina around 12:30 on a Friday night and they were pretty busy. We used their electronic ordering system and took a seat. There were three young guys making the food and they were working hard. I didn't explore the patio/bar area behind but the restaurant was clean. It took about 20 minutes to get our food (double decker taco, crunchy taco, and crunchy taco no cheese) but it was accurate and fresh. Great location, so close to where we were staying and open late. It's Taco Bell, you get what you get. I would go back.

Val decided to close the doors and told everyone in line they were not taking anymore orders/declining mobile orders. It's 2:25am they have over 30+ min of business still on Halloween weekend to bring in revenue for this location. Lost out $$$ tons of money! Thank you for making us (allllllllllll 20+ paying customers) wait in line and then decline every one of us entry! She left everyone in line to find food at other locations after waiting 30+ mins already. This location is on mill ave. They knew what they signed up for.

This place is a shithole. If you would really like to enjoy the full Taco Bell Cantina experience, do yourself a favor and drive to downtown Phoenix; half a block north of 2nd & Jefferson.I've never had any encounters with the staff here, they're basically nonexistent, unlike the kind and friendly people at the Phoenix location.This place is the worst and it's dragging down the vibe of downtown Tempe. From the outside, it looks like a sketchy hole-in-the-wall, and the inside is even worse.Unless you enjoy being bothered by homeless drug addicts asking for money while you eat, stay far away.I hate it and I don't even want it to be a thing.But I won't call it a complete disaster; the cockroaches seem to like it.

Horrible I ordered a dripping taco and it was so burned. They probably only added 3 strands of the shredded beef. That taco was so skinny it felt as they only gave me the shell and burned it. Horrible!!!!

Nothing like seeing trash in the corner while eating. Suggested to counter person they should sweep and mop floors. Says they sweep at night time permitting and they normally just mop once a week. Front counter was out of 3/4 types of sauce. Containers to sell sauce had food and debris in them and staffed just refilled without cleaning. Just an all around dirty restaurant. Other grip is no one in restaurant. Staff directed me to use kiosk to place my order. Said they can only do at counter if really busy. What happened to customer service?
