The only reason I don't give them 5 stars is that they are seemingly randomly closed on days and times where you would expect them to be open, and they just leave out a paper that says "Closed for x =)" where x is some religious holiday usually. Yeah, I get it, you have Taco Jesus as a mascot, and I should expect you to be closed for religious holidays, but the calendar of days they are closed is not posted anywhere physically or online, there are no announcements...
This was my first visit, the tacos were great, I had the red chili Coronado and the California. Service was a bit confusing and disorganized, but maybe they were having an off day. Menu doesn't give any descriptions as to what's in their tacos, and you have to ask and pay extra if you want corn tortillas instead of flour (also not on the menu.)
On our third visit another customer said this place is under the same ownership as the Thai restaurant next door. That explains the interesting fusion of flavors in some of the items on the deluxe menu, like the drunken tacos. Make sure you try them. Don't confuse the quick service here with fast food. You'll wait 10-15 minutes for your order because it isn't pre-assembled. It's worth it. Great selection of bottled soft drinks in addition to the fountain options.
