I had an amazing experience at Tang Garden! The grilled fish was absolutely delicious—flavorful, tender, and perfectly seasoned. I also tried a few of the chef’s special recommendations, and every dish was spot on. You can really taste the care and skill in the cooking.

I liked the food, the shrimp fried rice. The chicken dumplings (no wow factor) to them. Our over experience was decent. Besides having that feeling of being double watched because of your race.

Everything was great except the sweet and sour Chicken. The Chicken was very dry, half breast meat and half dark meat but all were overcooked. Also, couldn't change my white rice to pork fried rice, even when I called the restaurant. Grrrr!!! 😠
