“Finally, today we tried this boba tea shop in Tempe. Although we saw some negative reviews online, but I don’t believe what is online always have to see it in person. We ordered their signature classic boba milk tea and the Ceylon tiramisu cheese from recommended by the worker ! First of all, the store worker introduced the product carefully and asked us about the sweetness and ice selection very thoughtfully! This is a service I don’t get in other shops! The two cups of milk tea on the product both are very good! I really like the Ceylon Tiramisu cheese from This is something special that you can’t find in other stores
Definitely come back to try other products.

“The service was fantastic from both Robin and Mark. I received my tea and food in a timely fashion and it was all delicious (authentic as well, coming from someone with a very English grandmother) Fellas if you have a girlfriend they will eat this up and you'll no doubt score another date. Its not appropriate to call this a restaurant, but rather, an experience. If you have any interest in an afternoon tea experience then this should be the go to!“

“Went there for Galentine’s day and everything was incredible. My friend and I have been to afternoon tea in London and California and New York, and the Phoenician blew them away. The scones, cream, and jams were pretty good, and the sandwiches and desserts were chef’s kiss🤌 The only sandwich we weren’t blown away by was the asparagus, but everything else was great. The teas were really good too, I’m an Earl Grey fan and loved that one. The decorations, piano music, view, and service were all beautiful. The servers refilled our sandwiches when we cleared our plates, and then gave us more sandwiches in a box to go at the end. I’m already planning on making this a new galentine’s tradition!“

“WOW! If you are looking for a satisfying, delicious pick-me-up, this is the spot! I had an iced pumpkin pie latte with the pumpkin cheesecake— the perfect pairing! The hot Oatmilk latte was amazing, especially paired with the chai donut (vegan). I loved the aesthetic and vibe, and the baristas were very friendly and kind!! I WILL be returning.“

“Went to Crafti last Friday and again on Saturday at mekong plaza in Mesa, AZ. First visit with my daughter. Love the interior theme layout, friendly staffs and clean cute store. Ordered the hojicha black sesame and matcha strawberry oat, reasonably priced and loved the drinks. Will definitely be back next time we are back in Mesa.“

“We stopped by expecting to just buy some tea and were pleasantly surprised! The atmosphere is beautiful, it’s extremely clean and cozy. The staff were lovely and made the experience wonderful. I’ve never been a fan of matcha until I found this place!! The ice cream and tea was SO delicious. Finding out this was the only location in the U.S. was such a shock, especially for how great their pricing is! Such an amazing place to stop by for a treat, well worth the visit.

EDIT to say their tapioca (boba) was cooked perfectly! That is VERY difficult to achieve and notable enough that I had to add to this review. I've frequently visited Gozen since I found it, and the matcha is somehow better each time I go. I started buying the premium matcha latte to have a stronger tea flavor, so if you're a fan of strong matcha, I highly recommend one of their premium drinks. I plan on buying the matcha powder directly from them once it's restocked!! This is a lovely establishment with high quality food and drinks. Plus, the customer service is always amazing.“
