Thank you to the amazing team at Terra Tempe Kitchen for helping make my wedding day so special. I eloped and wanted to treat my 10 guests to dinner, it was convenient to have dinner at the hotel we would be staying at. The team at Terra went above and beyond to accommodate us. They worked with me to create my own menu, stored my wedding cake, seated us in a private area and decorated the table, service was amazing, food was great, and they even cut and served my wedding cake. 10 out of 10 experience, I couldn’t be more appreciative.

Our server, Jennifer, was engaging, knowledgeable about the menu and accommodating to our preferences. Food and beverages were excellent; service also excellent. We chose Terre Tempe Kitchen again for breakfast and for cocktails that evening.

Terra Tempe is a very good hotel restaurant off Mill. You’ll find it uncrowded and clean when Mill is bombed. I had the Huevos Rancheros for breakfast, and it was excellent.Parking: Mill is the hardest place to park in Tempe. Forget about it unless you’re staying with the hotel valet or visiting at off peak hours. Expect to pay and walk.Kid-friendliness: As kid friendly as any casual dining restaurant… but parking is hard.Wheelchair accessibility: Fully accessible ADA

This is a beautiful restaurant ! Impeccably decorated. We were a party of 6, coming for dinner before a show at the Gammage. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious and presented as art. We all ordered something different off the menu, and everyone was extremely pleased. Highly recommend- will definitely be coming back.

This was our first time eating at this restaurant which is located in the Westin downtown Tempe. The restaurant is located right off the lobby and feels like an upscale bar more than a restaurant. The ambiance was nice and we sat in a birdcage table located against the exterior windows. We started with the potato frito which was delicious, along with two glasses of Sauvignon Blanc. For dinner we had the braised short rib and the Atlantic salmon. The braised short rib was fall off the bone and tender, but the mesquite polenta fries were a tad bit dry. The brussel sprouts that came with it were also either overcharred or not charred enough. The Atlantic Salmon was cooked perfectly, but the Veracruz sauce was not that delectable and the pineapple relish was just okay. The prices are more upscale restaurant, but I suppose that's what you get dining at the Westin even though it feels like more of a bar than a restaurant. The service was outstanding and our server, Lucas, took good care of us. Overall, decent meal but overpriced and we are not rushing to go back.

The Valentine's Day menu disappointing. Brought my gf for dinner. Service was bad, only saw the waitress in the beginning and end of meal. We needed eating utensils, another waiter had to bring it to us. Starters portions were small. They said we only have “1.5 hours to finish our meal,” our entrees came out 1.5 hours into dinner. Tables were uncomfortably high with the cage looking chairs. Not rushing back to this location.

Went for a special Valentines Dinner with my sweetie. Menu was changed and wasn't anything special. Was shocked to be hit with a 'Mandatory" 18% special fee we were not notified of nor was it noted on the menu. Considering the special 18% fee there appeared to be no extra staff and there was one Valentine balloon sat the hostess desk. Whoopee? service was slow ( waited 10 minutes for our waiter to come to take my credit card and the food was ok but not special like before. Not what we expected for a $225 bill. And on top of that he wife had 1 Cosmopolitan ($20 ! ) while I had 2 beers. Very disappointed and won't be back.

Went there on super bowl Sunday. Even though the place was busy the waitress did an excellent job serving and keeping me informed. The chef did a great job aw well.

Not sure why this restaurant was highly rated. Food was ok and portions were very small. I specifically asked for my salmon to not be overcooked and it came out well done. Not a place I will rush back to.

Ate here with my daughter and her husband a couple of nights ago. The dinners were really delicious. We were all so pleased with our meals. Waitress was very attentive and fun. I got the bison meatloaf with mashed potatoes and asparagus, my daughter got a salad with chicken added on and my son-in-law got short ribs with brussels sprouts and polenta fries.

Ate here for a work function. It is located in the lobby of the Westin in Tempe and parking was really easy and convenient across the street in a lot. The place is very open with a variety of seating. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly and explained various dishes and other things when asked. For appetizers, we split the Mexican Prawn and Grilled Spanish Octopus. The prawns were in a broth and pretty large. They were cooked well and tasted good. The octopus was cooked perfectly and had a good char mixed with a cherry bbq flavor. For mains, we got the braised short rib and achiote pibil chicken. Both were really good! The mole the chicken was served with was delicious! For dessert we split a chocolate mousse with caramel and spicy chili whipped cream on top. It was super rich, but also really good! Overall, this was a fun place and really convenient right by Mill Ave and ASU. We will definitely be back again.

At this price point, I expected the food to be a bit better. This isn't a bad restaurant by any means, but there are too many choices around (even within a 3 min walk down Mill) for me to bother with a repeat visit.

During our three days in the Phoenix area, this ended up being our best meal by far. We weren't staying at the hotel and I often avoid hotel restaurants but decided to take a chance here and wasn't disappointed. Great menu, service was attentive, presentation was super artistic, and everything we had was well prepared. We had a lot to discuss and the noise level was low so it all made for a memorable evening.

The marketing for this place looked like a trendy restaurant not a hotel lobby. The food was good but both the pancakes and french toast were dry. There was no ambience, no vibes it was a quiet hotel lobby. The advertising on Instagram and Open Table felt misleading and like it was more of an upscale space. I wish it was clear that this was a hotel lobby where people are in and out with suitcases, not a cute or festive New Years Day brunch/dining experience.
