I’ve always enjoyed their drinks, and today I ordered the Garden Milk Tea through Uber Eats with less ice and less sugar. However, it was extremely sweet, had foam on top, and even had chocolate powder sprinkled over it. I think order details need to be checked more carefully.

They used to have the best jasmine milk tea in Tempe. But recently they marked this item sold out for weeks. Ordered the jasmine tea latte once, what they said is an upgrade version of the old milk tea and much more creamy. But I can feel non of what they said. Please just get the jasmine milk tea back. Putting a bit of whipping cream on the top won’t make the tea taste better

One of my go to boba places! Great boba, great vibes and great dessert! So convenient and close to campus! I've tried many flavours and every time I come here I am able to try a new tea or dessert! Never gets boring!
The matcha ice cream was a tester, the matcha flavour was not strong but light and soothing in this heat!

THE UBE BROWN SUGAR BOBA CREME BRULEE AND THE MANGO STICKY RICE WITH SAGO IS THE BEST!!
It has a very cozy interior. The staff was very nice and welcoming. My order came out very quickly despite being on the busier side. I got the taro oreo smoothie and it was so good. I'll definitely be coming back.

I visited The Alley Tempe around 8:00 PM on June 23 and ordered two drinks, one of which was to-go. While changing the lid for the takeout cup, a staff member used a visibly dirty cloth to wipe the milk foam directly on top of my drink—multiple times. The cloth looked like it had been reused, possibly with residue from other customers’ drinks, which felt extremely unhygienic and uncomfortable.
What made it worse was that other staff members were present, and although they seemed uncomfortable watching, no one stepped in to stop or correct the behavior. The entire situation felt careless, with the staff chatting and laughing as if it was no big deal.
We’ve always liked the drinks at this store, but this experience really shook our trust. It also made us question whether similar hygiene issues exist in the preparation of other products.
We truly hope the store can improve staff training and hygiene awareness. The drinks are great, but food safety should never be overlooked.

They are always trying to get out of letting you use their coupons. Last time I tried to use the ASU Student Insider coupon digitally and they said only physical coupons are valid. This time I bring the physical coupon and show the digital coupon, but the manager refused to honor it.
I am never coming back due to this and the fact that the quality has gotten noticably worse. Try any other Boba place or Premium Matcha Cafe Maiko instead.

Came in excited to try this boba spot with a friend and had a valid BOGO coupon physically which they refused to honor despite it expiring August. Very disappointed as a first time customer.
I do not recommend a business that does not honor their offers or looks out for their customers.
