The Buffalo Spot - Tempe

First time ordering from this place worst experience ever. First we where told they had no more traditional wings after we already placed our order so the guy tells us he'd throw in extra boneless. We waited a good 40 minutes for our order it seemed like a mad house in this restaurant. My husband finally got our order we get home only to find out the guy didn't keep his word and gave us someone else's order and wings that had been sitting there and all of our wings had no sauce and the fries where dry and over cooked very disappointing ?

I never make reviews but I had to make an exception! I ate at the buffalo spot a few days ago and the manager Braden handled my order. He was so sweet, walked me through the menu plus upgrades. Food was amazing, came out quick! Super clean spot, will definitely visit my next time in Tempe, Arizona! Thank you so much Braden!

An hour later I had a violent bowel movement. Never going back.

the pb and j shake was great but the jerk fries weren't. they barely had any taste. not worth it at all.

It was very very relaxing. Not over crowded, and the customer service was warm, charming, and customer friendly.

I was shocked at how small the portion of buffalo fries were. Definitely not worth $9!!!!

Super slow and it's not even lunch rush. It's hot inside and none of the workers are friendly.

I did eventually hear one customer greeted at the door. So I'll be objective about the friendliness factor. Unfortunately, it took 15 minutes before they realized my pickup was already taken. I'm taking away the one star I had felt was still warranted.

After eating buffalo spot I felt sick I had took picture after eating some of the food and notice the boneless chicken was dry n hard and looked like it got dropped in fryer. Couple times will not recommend coming here and I will not be going back ther forsure a lot young age kids tht work there don’t understand the way food can make ppl sick im forsure tht chicken was dark n hard n dry im going on 3 days sick cuz of this place does tht sauce look like original hot. No looks dark recooked n dropped in sauce again o sumthing

I regret buying the 4pc chicken strip meal because $22 for dry chicken and soggy fries was not worth it.

Everyone at my job decided to go here. The food is terrible. I ordered cheddar cheese and extra sauce on my order. The chicken was hard, the fries were not hot, they were skimpy on the cheddar cheese and hardly no sauce. I paid almost 17.00 for not getting what I ordered. Very disappointed and will not eat here again.
