The decor is.. tacky in my opinion but I never been a fan of places decorated for just them yk? Kinda lacks personality..

This place is unlike most fast food places. Everything is cooked when you order it so it's fresh! Despite the longer wait, it helps the quality!!

The employees are always super kind, a lot of the problematic staff has been replaced.

The prices are a bit steep.. though! But it's a nice treat

The food is good, but the serving of chicken for 16$ large buffalo fries is wildly small. Like 2 chicken tenders cut up on top of a big load of fries.

Terrible service. There’s a girl working there and I asked what flavor the atomic was if it was habanero or what? She said I don’t know it’s just the sauce? I asked ok can you ask and find out she said we just get it shipped in and stared at me blankly no effort no customer service. Not coming back

Great improvement — amazing service lately!

I’ve been coming to The Buffalo Spot for a while, and I’ll be honest: in the past, orders used to take a long time — both for delivery drivers and for takeout customers.

But lately? Huge difference.

I don’t know if the team changed or something clicked internally, but the service has been consistently fast and smooth. Orders are ready on time, the process is organized, and the overall experience is honestly great now.

The food has always been tasty, and I still think you have some of the best milkshakes around — hands down my favorites.

Just wanted to give credit where it’s due. Whatever you’re doing lately, keep it up 👏

I purchased the Ultimate Party Pack and paid extra for all flats, with the option to choose five sauces. When I got home, there were only two flats in a batch of 30 wings, and no sauces were included.

I called to report the issue, and while I appreciate that a remake was offered, I would have had to drive back to pick it up, which would have been an inconvenience.

I came in today and young man Elijah was helpful he helped me choose suggestions and got my order out in less than 5 minutes amazing service and was very welcoming

I very much enjoyed dining in tonight it was a great experience thanks to the young man at the register he was taking orders and cooking and he let us know ahead of time about the wings and I would say his name but I just can’t remember but would come back because of the service here

So disappointed. The price was outrageous for amount of food. The chicken skin was extremely dry and the meat left a lot to be desired. With all that, service was good - young man was nice.

I don't usually do reviews but I wanted to do a shout out to Hunter- he was really knowledgeable of the food products that being cooked/served here, polite, overall great person to have on their team at The Buffalo Spot.

I had an excellent experience here thanks to Adam and Hunter. Adam was working quickly and efficiently while still taking the time to keep us updated on his progress, making us feel like a priority even as he handled his responsibilities. The food came out fast, and both Adam and Hunter made sure everything was right. Hunter checked on us multiple times with genuine care, making sure we had everything we needed. Their teamwork and professionalism really stood out, and they turned a simple visit into a very positive experience. Because of them, I’ll definitely be coming back. No negatives at all — just great service and great people.
