The Buffalo Spot - Tempe

Only customer in the restaurant. Small order. 25 minute wait for my food. This is the second time it’s happened in the two times I’ve ever come here. Not interested in supporting this business any longer. Bad service.

I had a 6piece wet lemon pepper that didnt taste right with me. I came back the next day with 6 wings and told them my expectations werent met (being from chicago) & a JOSUE traded them in for a traditional plus drink and fries without question. Thank you so much.

bad ambience and food not worth it (overpriced)

First time ordering from this place worst experience ever. First we where told they had no more traditional wings after we already placed our order so the guy tells us he'd throw in extra boneless. We waited a good 40 minutes for our order it seemed like a mad house in this restaurant. My husband finally got our order we get home only to find out the guy didn't keep his word and gave us someone else's order and wings that had been sitting there and all of our wings had no sauce and the fries where dry and over cooked very disappointing ?

I never make reviews but I had to make an exception! I ate at the buffalo spot a few days ago and the manager Braden handled my order. He was so sweet, walked me through the menu plus upgrades. Food was amazing, came out quick! Super clean spot, will definitely visit my next time in Tempe, Arizona! Thank you so much Braden!

There was big girl in the back and she said no more milk shakes while she was drinking one

An hour later I had a violent bowel movement. Never going back.

the pb and j shake was great but the jerk fries weren't. they barely had any taste. not worth it at all.

It was very very relaxing. Not over crowded, and the customer service was warm, charming, and customer friendly.

I was shocked at how small the portion of buffalo fries were. Definitely not worth $9!!!!

Super slow and it's not even lunch rush. It's hot inside and none of the workers are friendly.

I did eventually hear one customer greeted at the door. So I'll be objective about the friendliness factor. Unfortunately, it took 15 minutes before they realized my pickup was already taken. I'm taking away the one star I had felt was still warranted.
