Very disappointed. Service was very slow at the drive through. 1 lettuce wrap chicken club sandwich, sweet potato fries and a drink were $19.53. The lettuce was the bitter white center of the lettuce and they left the avacado out of the sandwich.

The GM (Dani) was so kind when helping us order. Great personality and nice person! Super clean inside and the food was really good.

I will never be coming to this particular habit burger ever again after what I just seen. I was waiting for my food at the counter when a elderly gentleman brought his food up and explained to the cashier that his order was incorrect, and he didn’t realize until he picked up his hamburger and went to take a bite, and that was when he realized he had the wrong order, you didn’t take a bite of the sandwich, but he did say he had a couple of fries. The cashier took the tray to the counter behind her set it down spoke with the manager I’m assuming she was the manaher, the one wearing the blue shirt and she said something that sounded something like oh, you better find out who’s order that is when that’s my food showed up so I grabbed my food and walked to my table and I watched that same cashier grab that tray walk around the restaurant and find the original person that ordered the food and served it to them after the gentleman said he picked it up and went to take a bite, but did not. They did not remake the food. They didn’t even try to hide the fact that they were gonna deliver the food. They just grabbed it and delivered it to a different table. Absolutely disgusting. I think that manager should be fired. This place should be shut down.

Toilets were smelly and dirty just after opening at 10.30am in the morning.
Asked if meal deal was just Char burger or any burger. Told it was any but then charged individually for each item. Staff was not friendly when brought it to their attention even tho her mistake as she said any burger

Food is normally very good and well packaged. I typically do online order and pickup so can't speak much to the service and atmosphere.

With all the burger places around, I would put this one pretty low on your lists. The burgers were expensive but nothing special. At this particular location they got our order wrong. The sweet potato fries were also very overcooked. On top of that their beverage choices are somewhat limited.

Food is good hot fresh semi fast. The dining area is always clean. The restroom is clean and locked appropriately. The condiments are stocked and cold or fresh. The drinks are superb!! Location is good

Did take out, service could have been better, ordering via kiosk, meaning very little customer interaction, except "your order is ready", side salad sucked, Santa Barbara burger had all the ingredients, but wasn't very tasty, based on previous dining experiences for the same burger

I came to done in with a friend. The customer service and cleanliness of this place is absolutely horrible. Friend had received a couple coupons to use and we had wanted to asked which burgers we could use it on but we were only acknowledged after one employee just saw us standing there while the rest ignored us. After we ordered, every table in the dining room was dirty and all the way down to the floor. Crumbs on the booths and chairs as well. We chose to sit at one of the cleaner tables, which wasn’t so clean. We even saw another customer wipe off the crumbs from the bar style chairs. Also, I needed a plastic knife after receiving my food, so I went back and tried asking for one… I even said excuse me several times before 1 person finally acknowledging me. It seems like these people don’t care about customer service or cleanliness of this place. If the dining room is this way, who knows how clean the kitchen is. Not sure about my friend but chances are, I’m probably not returning any time soon.
