Update, Mgmt did reach out to me and made good on my order.

Did take out, service could have been better, ordering via kiosk, meaning very little customer interaction, except "your order is ready", side salad sucked, Santa Barbara burger had all the ingredients, but wasn't very tasty, based on previous dining experiences for the same burger

Picked up order. Ready on time and delicious as usual. Used a coupon for a free charburger wcheese, too. Yummy!
