I wanted to write this review because I have really enjoyed my visits to human bean but had a very disappointing experience today. The service is always very friendly and I love their drinks. However, today I got a jalapeño sausage biscuit sandwich and when I opened the bag the sandwich was way out of wack as you can see in the picture, completely crushed up and folded all weird in the bottom of the bag. This place is a cute location, we got a real fruit smoothie and an iced coffee, but the prices were high, basically the same price as Starbucks. Other than paying lots we had a good experience.
