The service was not great. We reserved a table and the restaurant was empty. They sat us at a small table for 4 vs a booth with ample room. We had a concert to get to and quickly ordered. It took 1hr for the food to arrive with 3 attempts to locate the waiter to no avail. We asked for the bill to be delivered with the food. It was delivered but the waiter walked away and didnt return. We packed our meals up and went to the front to pay. The front staff called our waiter and he took our bill from the front and walked to the back for over 10 min. We had to ask for the bill back and a different staff member attended with our card and receipt. We have never had dinner and not tipped. This was a first. No apologies or any care that we were tying to expedite the payment to leave. We will not be back sadly and we attend the Keg on a regular basis at home so this was not what we experience regularly.
Antonio was our waiter. He was great! We really liked him. He was friendly and very helpful. The only thing was my $70 Rib Steak was over cooked (ordered it medium, served as almost well done).
Very good steak. Tried the NY strip this time. Prefer the filet for a few bucks more. A very nice place for a special occasion.
For the same money, we could have gone to an infinitely better steakhouse like Dominic's, but this was close-by and my wife insisted we go here. Massive diner's remorse, though. The lettuce in my wedge salad had brown edges and the tomatoes were diced up as if it were bound for a salsa recipe, while it was drowning in dressing that had a mere hint of blue cheese. My son's burger was "not tasty, nor are the fries, dad," and my filet was chewy and quite flavorless. The bernaise -- or whatever the sauce that came with the filet was supposed to emulate -- was similarly flavorless. To cap it off, the glass of Malbec I ordered tasted more like a premature Pinot Noir with an injection of vinegar. This was utterly disappointing, Bob Evans-level food. Never, ever going back.
My husband and I enjoy dining at The Keg for all important events - birthdays, anniversaries, and holidays. We love their 8 ounce Sirloin dinner with Baked Potato and vegetables (carrots and green beans).
My company event went over well. Our server was Noah and he was stellar! We had great convo but absolutely loved the food and the environment.
We had a great time. The staff was attentive, answered all our questions. The food was delicious.
*This place is great! The sea bass and the filet were both cooked perfectly.... it was amazing! I wish we had a Keg by our house.
I have never had a bad experience here. The food is excellent and the service is always exceptional.
Our server was fantastic. He was thoughtful, friendly and made us feel like we were his most important table though he seemed fairly busy at the time.

Food is exceptional and service is impeccable Have been here many times and have never been disappointed
Expensive for just a so so steak, Black Angus better and less expensive, waitress was slow, would not go back there again or refer friends…..

We had a calamari appetizer, prime rib a couple of drinks and desert. Food was just ok. Underwhelming from the appetizer to the desert. VERY expensive! For the price I expected much more.

Dinner for 2 on a Monday evening @ 6 pm. No wait on our reservation not busy at that time. We were greeted by a friendly receptionist. Our waiter, Carter did a very good job with our service. Thankfully he reviewed the specials along with the menu. We settled on the prime Rib and short rib special. For starters we had the Neptune mushrooms-they were delicious. Food and service were excellant. Had the chocklate cake for a take home desert.
