Drink were great, friendly bar staff, delicious appetizers. I gave it 3 stars for the atmosphere because the music was so loud during their dinner rush that it made it hard to have a conversation. Other than that, it wasn't my first time there, and it won't be my last.

I'm not sure what happened to the staff and management at this place, but it isn't what it was a couple of years back. Putrid men's bathroom, towels all over the floor, messy toilets, and sink area. The server wasn't very personable, with no water refills and slow drinks. Just wasn't a good experience all around. It's not like we remember the fun, clean, and welcoming atmosphere. Seems like management change happened, and it's not going well.

Located in a beautiful outdoor shopping area, this restaurant delivers. You can sit in or out. We ordered sandwiches the first visit. Excellent! Ceaser salad the second time. The salad was tasty, however, they made it with mixed greens instead of romaine. The salad was soupy and wilted. Still tasted good, but we were hoping for fresh crisp lettuce. Will go again every time we are in Mesa.

Had the chicken avocado sandwich. I loved it and me being hungry added to the taste.. try to sit outside this girl Tanecia is a wonderful addition to the place. She is pleasant and a great at minimal interaction to the maximum effect.. thirsty lion let’s keep seeing each other..

We enjoyed lunch at the Thirsty Lion at Tempe Marketplace today and Josephine was our service. She was delightful and our food was delicious!
Great service and atmosphere. Came after a Cubs game at Sloan Park, and it appears we were not alone with a lot of Cubbie Blue in attendance. We got a table quickly and the wait staff were top notch in taking care of our orders and insuring we never had to wait.I opted for the shepherd pie and my son had a burger, both met expectations perfectly. We also had calamari to start with, and this also was wonderful. I was happy to find that we arrived at happy hour and the selections included on the list were diverse and plentiful.Parking can be a bit of a challenge during higher peak times, and keep in mind the lot is servicing the entire mall. I was happy to see that both the indoor and outdoor seating were busy which indicated many satisfied customers.Hope to be back in the future and try many of the options on the menu that looked enticing.Parking: The mall lot serves as the main parking option.
Went there for St Patrick's Day and to have corned beef and cabbage. The service was great the food was great but they had the music so loud you couldn't hear yourself talk and the people next to you had to yell to be heard.
