They lock the doors to the bathrooms and tell you to walk out to the mall and use the restroom there.
Loved being here and trying all the different crane games. Kids had so much fun!
Dude, like 50% of games are broken
Staff was helpful, but most games were well used and a lot just didn't work after taking payment. Was refunded, but just expect more from a place like this.
It's not bad but staff are very rude. Mask questions they don't look. I tip. Bad service. I loke this for my kids.
The staff is very rude
This place has a lot of problems and it is evident that there is a lack of drive or budget to upkeep it. If we had a Kitchen Nightmares type show, but for arcades, this would definitely be featured.
I'll get the good out of the way.
I remember the pizza being pretty good. It's actually a lot better than Round 1's oddly colored orange slices. There used to be a pretty good deal where you get a soda and a personal pan for about $8. Unsure if that is still a thing.
The Pump It Up machine returns after an abrupt absence and appears well maintained. This machine is the only reason why anybody would want to come here regularly... or used to.
Prices on the machines seem mostly fair.
The bad.. well everything else.
First of all, there is an overwhelming amount of crane machines. This in itself is not a bad thing, but a lot of the prizes aren't great and neither is the win rates. This is assuming you can win from some of these machines.
Many of the crane machines have problems. On one of them I was able to move the claw, but the button did not work which forced me to wait until timer ran out. A lot these machines are two prong which I personally find annoying, but what was even more annoying was noticing a machine I tried out had the prongs bent out of alignment.
Several crane machines were out of order, which takes away from the atmosphere.
They over stuff these machines which are signs of being just lazy or careless. This can make winning something from those machines impossible. One machine that had Mario prizes even had a broken plastic shield which can only be caused by over stuffing.
The giant claw machine I tried out immediately broke. The staff was at least nice enough to refund my credits.
About the prizes, I noticed an older review mentioned a manager pissed off about winning two big prizes. A friend of mine said she had the same experience. She won an M&M pillow and someone told her "You weren't supposed to win that". This is rather comical when ALL the prizes are clearly cheap stuff and since you have to over stuff the machines, you might as well set the win rates higher or give away this crap.
I managed to win two small unimpressive prizes scoff free, so can't speak for this happening to me. Maybe the manager who did this got fired or something.
Speaking of customer service, I do remember having an issue a few years ago. I misplaced my card after closing and called to see if they could check a specific machine where it would be at. The person on the phone refused to check and after 5 minutes of annoying them, finally went to check. Then when I told them "This is poor customer service. Even if you are in a position to not check, you could always ask for a phone number or something" and then the employee continued to gaslight me until I hung up. At least the Tilt corporate guy I e-mailed was nice to me about it.
The retro games line up is pretty sick. Simpsons, Street Fighter, etc, but they have weird problems. I don't want to be too critical since a lot of these use the original CRTs that are beyond repair, but I remember one machine missing buttons.
Overall the whole place has a very dirty and jank vibe to it. If you happen to be at the mall, then it could be worth stopping by, but not going specifically for.
For what it is worth this is a place that offers everything, but doesn't particularly excel at anything.
If you're into pinball, try Electric Bat next door.
If you are into claw machines or the LATEST arcade games, Round 1 is a beautiful arcade with the best prizes.
If you are into just claw machines, then try Cozy Claw. The win rates are better, prizes are somewhat better than here. it
Had to kill a couple hours because my flight was delayed. The GM greeted us and gave some recommendations on pinball. He was a genuine guy and we could tell he cared for the business and our enjoyment. My dad and I made a great memory here. Thank you Tilt!
Pinball is fun 4 all
Customer service terrible
Everything is dirty including bartender who didn’t wash his hands as he was eating his lunch before serving us
Machines dirty, broken & takes your money (even the ones that appear work)
2 hand sanitizer dispensers empty
If you go and it’s empty inside here are some of the reasons why
I would never go back or recommend

This review is mainly about the top floor arcades... they need love. Buttons can be straight missing (see pic) or not working at all. It makes a lot of games impossible to play, namely Street Fighter. You don't always know until you paid already if buttons don't read - see video of Player 2 side.
Joysticks are worn on others like DK and Pac-Man and such. Hoops are in decent shape and track baskets at least, but many of the basketballs are deflated and ripped...
And this all hasn't improved over months. Use this as constructive criticism and start investing in maintenance, please!
Went to visit today for my son’s birthday. Spent $70 on 2 cards and so many of the games weren’t working. Unfortunately it was one of those things that you don’t know until you tap the card then something malfunctions. Disappointing. The staff was nice though!
Pictured is one example. I tapped the card then the bar fell down blocking the basketballs. Lots of things like this!
This place has really gone downhill. Many games broken. I tried to play air hockey and a puck didn’t even come out. During playing two of the SpongeBob card games broke. Added a pic of that. Of course it’s overpriced and the prizes suck but at least have good working games if that’s the case.
Every other machine is broken or run down, puts a huge damper on the play experience.
There is definitely fun to be had here, but a lot of machines are out of order or require employee attention. Would recommend looking at the prices online or in advance
