Two lines of traffic with two ordering boards, but you can't order at the boards. This system is a sham and unless there are no cars, you will wait forever. Bad idea. Iced coffee was good though with no line.

‼‼‼lexus was incredibly rude to us. I'm here visiting with my family and was very excited to walk up to a new coffee shop and found this one close by. They were very busy with a long drive thru line so although we walked right up to the walk-up window, there was a bit of a wait, no worries, it's a beautiful day out. They hand us our three drinks, one of which was made incorrectly, we ordered one drink but received another. (us three being college-aged adults, we have all worked in food service, we know this happens quite often whether it's the fault of the customer or employee). All three of us were standing there and heard what was ordered and when my sister tried to tell lexus that her drink was wrong lexus said she was positive my sister said the incorrect drink and she would not make her another without another payment - even though she was straight up wrong, she decided to add her attitude as well. at this point, i walk up and i tell lexus i heard my sister say the right drink, she continues acting incredibly rude to us and tells us she won't correct the situation without another payment. My mom had been ~20 feet away and heard what was happening as my sister was upset that she just payed for a drink and was given the wrong one with no compensation. When my mom walked up and talked to lexus, she finally agreed to make a new one (reluctantly, might i add). This was incredibly unprofessional and the fact that lexus did not make this right until my mom stepped in (even though all three of us are in our 20s) says a lot about how she treats customers of different ages. My family and i are incredibly disappointed and appalled at this customer service! completely unacceptable.

Ordered a drink and when the employee (Lexis) brought out the wrong one I let her know that was not the one I wanted and instead of offering to remake the correct one she started arguing with me that it was my fault and that I ordered the wrong drink. So at this point it’s he said she said (but the 3 people I was with all agreed with me because I kept mentioning how excited I was to try my drink.) and the costumer is always right so she should’ve remade my drink without arguing. She then said she would make the correct drink if I paid for it, one of the people I was with began arguing with her and Lexis finally said she would make the correct drink, if I brought the incorrect drink back. I did not want the incorrect drink anyway so I had no problem giving it back but from past experiences at other coffee shops they let you keep the mistake because it will get thrown away anyway. I believe she only made me bring it back because she was angry and not because it’s company policy. I was planning on coming back here to try a lot of the drinks but after this interaction I will not be going back here.

The service here is amazing and they move the line quickly with a sense of urgency. Always friendly smiling faces and go out of their way to make sure they make your order correctly. For full transparency, I am not a fan of the coffee drinks. I have tried them all and just can't seem to find the right flavor or mix to actually taste and feel the coffee. It reminds me of Dunkin Donuts where it's sugar and milk with a hint of coffee. I have never tried the other energy flavored drinks but I see many people in mine buy them and hope to try them in the near future.Parking: Tons of parking and a great drive thru.

Their cold brew tastes like a very dark roast, which some people love but isn't really my preference. It was also expensive, $5.50 for a 16oz with lots of ice and not much coffee. But the service was very friendly and fast, and there's a nice shady outdoor spot to sit with small tables. My pup and I sat outside for 15ish minutes enjoying the shade and breeze while I sipped my coffee and she lapped up some water.
