Food was exceptional, as it always is. Kenny was our server. He made a suggestion for an appetizer that was outstanding and his service was excellent. Drinks are really expensive here. Like California expensive! Highly recommended
Went for drinks with my mom to celebrate my birthday and Kenny was so sweet & very attentive! Even got a birthday dessert that was spectacular.
Beautiful restaurant with friendly and attentive staff. Our dinner items were good , the steak was especially delicious, but the bread and dessert were below average. The bread was very bland, dry and tasting very stale. The small dessert we received for a special occasion was not very appetizing. The desert cup was dry and tasteless, lemon curd was very strong. Nice presentation on the dessert though.
Food was great. I booked this reservation for our 10-year wedding anniversary and I called shortly after to request a 10th anniversary plate and it was noted. Unfortunately, I left Top Of The Rock feeling disappointed and bummed about our date. Our server seemed rushed as they were attending to other tables arriving after us, they did not bring out our Happy 10th Anniversary plate, and made this special night feel like a failed dinner date. I found myself consistently apologizing to my wife for this place I picked out for our 10-year anniversary.
We had a wonderful time. The food, service, and view were all excellent. Darrell was so friendly and thoughtful. He took extra special care of my gluten allergy which was greatly appreciated. We will definitely come back again the next time we visit the area.
This was my 2nd eating at Top of the Rock. I always enjoy this place. Kenny is my go to server, he's awesome! Once again Layla the hostess was working hard going above and beyond what I know a hostess to be as they seemed to be short staffed
The hostess was amazing! We had requested outdoor seating if available. It was not available so she went out of her way to find us a lovely spot near the windows. The views are spectacular! Our server was pleasant enough but not very inviting. Also, when he poured wine into my husband's wine glass, he dribbled twice. Not a big deal of course, but it is not an inexpensive experience so I would think the servers would be highly trained in pouring wine. The food runners and bus people were less than friendly. We thanked them for each service and received only a few mumbles or no response at all. Again, very uninviting. I ordered the Mediterranean salad which was a very large serving & was delicious! My husband ordered the Caesar salad and also said it was very good! We both ordered the 8oz Filet Mignon and both ordered it medium/rare. Mine came out medium rare but my husband's was definitely medium. The steak itself was a good cut with a yummy au jus lie on top but my husband was disappointed that his was cooked more than he wanted it to be. The other thing I would add is that all steaks come with asparagus and mashed potatoes. There are no other options given for sides. I would've loved a baked potato and surprised they had no other options. Again, this is not an inexpensive experience so I guess I just expected a better one than we received.
My expirience was wonferfull it was my first time and me and my wife love it the food is great and also the service is a great spor to take your love ones out
Seated on the patio as requested and it was beautiful. Weather was perfect, food was delicious and service was wonderful. We were celebrating our anniversary and they brought us a complimentary desert which was a very nice surprise. Price was very reasonable also.
We came from NY for two birthdays and couldn't have been happier! The staff was excellent and they gave us a table overlooking the hills for sunset. The view of sunset was magnificent and we took a million pictures! The patio was nice too but that view facing the hills was stunning! Thank you to all of the staff for making our experience amazing!

The food was really spot on; it came out hot and delicious. The service was adequate, our service was rather busy so we didn't really talk to him except to order. The view was enjoyable and honestly was what brought us in. I was under the impression that the ambiance was going to be different. While we wanted a special night for our wedding anniversary dinner , we read that there was a recommended dress code. They sat us next to a family with a crying infant. On the other side was another family that were wearing shorts and cutoff jeans. The general vibe is hotel restaurant, though the prices are quite exorbitant. Once again, the food was good, but for overall value, it was not what I was happy with. I have no major complaints, but there are much better fine dining options that I would choose. The view was great, but not enough for me to frequent the place.

This place is really beautiful. The views are amazing and the fact that it's in the round means that no matter where you sit, you get a nice view. The staff is so attentive. The food was pretty good not fabulous and a little pricey for the value, but overall, it was a great experience. I would compare it to eating at a restaurant. That's right on the water. The atmosphere is what you're paying for as much as the food
Went for birthday nice place
