BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU’RE ORDERING DELIVERY. I always order breakfast and brunch from this location, and my order never arrives complete. Their system is horrible. I call to fix it, and they tell me to go get the food I'm missing. They say they can't do anything at all.

I’m currently writing this in the parking lot while watching one of the workers just standing out front talking to someone in the parking lot. My mom and I wanted to come and grab a smoothie. It says it’s open. There’s lights on and everything, but the doors are locked however we weren’t able to get in because the worker is just standing outside in the parking lot chatting with Whoever it may be. I understand situations come up and life happens but this honestly just looks like they were a bunch of young friends having a good time talking. If you’re not going to be professional and open up a store when you’re supposed to then why work there? Don’t know what her name is, but she probably shouldn’t work there anymore if she’s not going to help support and manage opening a store. 8/31/25 8:10AM

I was the only one in the restaurant and it took 20 mins to make one buffalo chicken wrap. I used to work at a TSC and it shouldn’t take more than 5 mins. Disappointed

I came before a rush but my drink wasn’t given to me until after the rush. 7 people that ordered after me got their drink first and when I explained that to the staff he dismissed me.

It's one of the only smoothie spots where you can get NO SUGAR or no calorie sweeteners instead of sugary fruit syrup.

At 7:30pm, 90 minutes before close, the OPEN sign was off and all the chairs were on the tables. But the place was actually open! Aside from all the bowl menu and açaí menu out of stock, the smoothies were good.

Not fresh !!!! ordered a to-go.

I've been to Tropical Smoothies all over this country and by far the best one. The smoothies are always made flawlessly excellent customer service and the music always makes me feel good. The early morning crew that I typically see between Monday-Thursday are my favorite. They really should be managers of their own stores 🤩 (This is for the one on Priest across the street from lifetime fitness

Make sure the customers you are serving have driven away before you flip them off. Your establishment doesn't have tinted windows and I could clearly see you. Having a bad night is one thing, and can be an understandable one. But at least have the patience to wait until the people you served, and who were polite to you, and who tipped you are out of the line of site.

These ladies are so sweet. I put in an order for a smoothie and wrap, I always come to this location but I totally messed up on my Uber app and put in an order for the one on 48th! I waited… and waited… and finally I realized what I did. They asked what I ordered, I told them and they said they would just make the smoothie and wrap for me. THEY ARE SO SWEET!!! Did not have to do that at all!! I really appreciated them going above and beyond and doing something that they def did not have to do for me to make my life easier. I love this location!!

I walked in and there was one guy in the front, one girl in the back. I'm standing at the counter waiting to order, no acknowledgement from the guy. It would have been nice to have been acknowledged, even to just let me know that he would be with me. Once he finally came around, I ordered, but had to wait forever for them to even begin making my order of one simple smoothie. He said he couldn't make it until he checked out the other 2 parties waiting. What was the girl in the back doing? As a paying customer, prices are too high to put up with this nonsense. I will not be back... I'll go to Juice it Up! instead. A lot of this I think is due to management...lack of expectations set and proper scheduling.

Used to love this place but honestly it’s gone down hill these past couple of months. Ordered a wrap with no tomatoes because I’m allergic and guess what there were tomatoes in my wrap so disappointed!! The workers are rude and slow which stinks because the food and smoothies are typically really good.

The menu offers variety of options from smoothies to açaí bowls to flatbread to wraps. As soon as you walk in you are greeted by the amazing staff Janelle, Adriana, Daniela and Tykara , the establishment is clean inside and out. I visit 2-3 times a week my favorites are the Blueberry bliss, Jetty punch and Avocolada also the chicken bacon ranch flatbread and three cheese Dilla is delicious. Do yourself a favor and visit. Custom service is great and friendly
