The menu offers variety of options from smoothies to açaí bowls to flatbread to wraps. As soon as you walk in you are greeted by the amazing staff Janelle, Adriana, Daniela and Tykara , the establishment is clean inside and out. I visit 2-3 times a week my favorites are the Blueberry bliss, Jetty punch and Avocolada also the chicken bacon ranch flatbread and three cheese Dilla is delicious. Do yourself a favor and visit. Custom service is great and friendly

waited here for 10 minutes for 1 smoothie… i was the only one in here… one girl was in the back and the other girl was on a phone call in the lobby while I stood and waited

Always slow service never less than a 25 minute wait, five minutes for the employee to come out of the back and take your order and then back to the back they go for another 15 minutes only to come back out to finally start making your smoothie. Zero urgency from staff.

Janelle was the best. The smoothies are excellent. Definitely recommend.

I normally love going to tropical smoothie Cafe, but this experience was extremely disappointing. I asked for dark chocolate in my smoothie and was informed they were out. Not a big deal, except the customer after me was told that they did have dark chocolate. I asked for two 3 cheese chicken quesadillas, but they only put 3 cheese in the register. I didn't catch it on my receipt, so my bad for not correcting them. What really sucked is that my quesadillas were pressed so tightly that there was cheese All over the boxes and the quesadillas were so stuck to the wax paper that they were barely edible

Stood at the counter for 10 minutes. No one will even acknowledge you even though they're standing 5ft from you. I'll never go back to this place.

I came into Topical Smoothie Cafe and was greeted by an AMAZING employee miss Danielle. They were busy but she was multitasking and so sweet and friendly! Amazing customer service! You go girl!

Staff will stare from a chair in the back coughing all over while you stand in front of the counter for 10 mins

Over iced and watered down for $9 and half the made blender dumped down the drain. Still waiting 30 minutes later for it to thaw out just to drink it.

Imagine spending $11 just for a lunch sized wrap. The price point and flavor used to be worth it, but not at these ridiculous prices.

Strawberry Banana (aka Jetty Punch) Smoothie was good, but not $9 good.. I saw prices here on Google where someone took pics of the menu, but they raised their prices since then-by as much as 20%. The girl working was very sweet but had a lot to do as it was pretty busy. Restaurant and bathroom are clean. Seems they get plenty of business, like I said it was quite busy for 1:30 pm. I want to try their Avocolada Smoothie. Pricey but I will probably be back
