I’ve been to this location literally over 1000 times. Normally it’s great. Yesterday I was there after work, before the suns game, and after the suns game. When I was leaving from stopping after work, I noticed one of the night girls sleeping in her truck a little after 3:00.
Came back to meet my buddy and uber to the game. The bartender that was in her truck was now working. Just to make conversation, I asked “What time did you get here? I saw you sleeping in your truck when I left earlier.” She said “3” kinda laughed, then walked away. Didn’t think anything of it.
Came back after the game. Will asked me about “a comment” I made about one of the girls. He then proceeded to EXTREMELY RUDELY tell me I had to leave, and wasn’t welcome back. I finished my beer, went to leave, and Will said I had to stay, he called the cops and he was going to have me trespassed. All because I noticed someone sleeping in their truck on my way out. I’ve never been so disrespected by a restaurant staff. Check the cameras Carolyn, I don’t need to come back, but you should probably find a new assistant manager. I’ll call Mark again on Monday to see how his conversation with Will went. If I’m not welcome back, so be it. But can’t believe how horrendous the management will treat a regular over what appears to be a completely ridiculous misunderstanding. Mark or Carolyn, feel free to contact me if you have any questions. I would like to edit this review.

Telsah was my server last and she was beyond amazing. Very very kind and attentive. I had an issue with my salad I ordered and she immediately wanted to fix my minor prob. She had her manager (also very kind) come over and apologize and have them remake it. Everytime I come to this restaurant we have a great experience and mainly because of our servers. If you want to have the best experience and feel welcomed, ask for Telsah! She was phenomenal!

No lunch specials here, and who ever is picking up the phone needs to have a better attitude. It’s like I’m bothering by calling. If you don’t want people to come here then close down.

I’ve been to different Twin Peaks locations throughout AZ, TX, and OH. This location here in Tempe is, by far, the best one. Great service, food, and space.

I went there to have a drink with my friends. The waitress didn’t know what the specials were. There is an advertisement that specialized Halloween “all day long”- happy hour 10/28 through 10/31 and it had a picture of a blue moon. We inquired with the server about what the price is and she said it wasn’t on happy hour but we told her that promo literally says happy hour all day 1028 through 1031 and shows a picture of the blue moon. She refused to acknowledge the promo ad and went to get a manager. The manager came out was extremely rude to us, he refused to honor the price and then was extremely disrespectful to us. I’ve never had such a terrible experience for a customer service and terrible management to not honor the prices they advertise.i would never go back to that location.
Always a good place to go to light up your mood. We like the chicken tikka flat bread and some of their other appetizers.

Always a Great Time at Twin Peaks Phoenix!
Twin Peaks Phoenix is easily one of the best spots in town for great food, cold drinks, and good vibes. From the moment you walk in, the lodge-style atmosphere and wall-to-wall TVs make it the perfect place to catch a game or just unwind.
The food is consistently impressive — wings are crispy and flavorful, burgers are juicy and cooked perfectly, and the appetizers are fresh and shareable. The drinks are ice-cold (literally 29°!), and their beer and cocktail selections never disappoint.
The staff here really sets the place apart. They’re friendly, upbeat, and attentive even when it’s packed. You always feel welcome and taken care of. Whether you’re stopping in for lunch, happy hour, or a night out, the energy is always fun and inviting.
If you want great food, awesome service, and a lively sports bar experience, Twin Peaks Phoenix is definitely the place to go.

I travel to Phoenix occasionally, and since Twin Peaks restaurants aren't in my general area on the east coast, I make it a point to visit them when I'm out here. Over the years, I've tried several items and they've all been good. Burgers, wings, chips and salsa, fish tacos, etc. This time was a chicken quesadilla and a Dirty Blonde beer. The quesadilla appetizer includes lettuce, diced tomato, sour cream and pepper sauce.
I find this location to be the best of the group in the greater Phoenix area as far as service goes. It's not that the other sites are bad, but this one just seems to be slightly better.
