Good food but I ordered and got charged for a large fry but only got a medium. I'll raise my review if I get a refund. Edit: I called and they helped me.

The spicy chicken sandwich is amazing. Nuggets and fries are always great especially with the ranch and buffalo sauce. Mac and cheese is a great addition to their menu.

God awful. I approach pick up window. I've received text saying order is ready for pickup. And sure enough, there is order on other side of the window, getting cold, while i stand there forever being ignored by employees. Mind you, im not there to place a order. Im there to pick up. And the order is ready and they texted me informing of that. So they know, or should know, to pay attention to the window that someone will be showing up at. Yet, everytime, 3,5,8,minutes go by before someone comes. Oh, and they occasionally look right at you, see you there, and still ignore you. Great service chik fil a. Ugh

Ah, Chick-fil-A, the land of the perpetually polite poultry and the home of the "my pleasure" mantra. I embarked on another breakfast escapade, eager to rekindle my love affair with the delectable spicy chicken biscuit. Alas, my hopes were dashed once again, not by the biscuit, but by the icy betrayal of the breakfast potatoes. It seems that in the kingdom of warm welcomes, the realm of warm potatoes remains an elusive dream. As I sat down with my biscuit in hand, my anticipation was palpable. The first bite delivered that familiar kick of spice and succulent chicken, reaffirming my belief that miracles do exist. However, the euphoria was short-lived as I turned my attention to the breakfast potatoes, only to find them colder than a penguin's gaze. Oh, the irony! In a place where every customer's whim is catered to with a smile, the humble spud seemed to have missed the memo. I couldn't help but ponder this conundrum. Why, in a world where even the cows are in on the customer service game, must the breakfast potatoes be left out in the cold? Is there a potato rebellion afoot, a clandestine plot to undermine the warm breakfast agenda? Or perhaps there's a mischievous gremlin with a penchant for chilly taters lurking in the kitchen. The mystery deepens! In contrast, I couldn't help but consider the golden arches of McDonald's, where the hash browns reign supreme in their warm, crispy glory. Say what you will about the clown and his antics, but when it comes to breakfast spuds, they've got their act together. It's a tale of two taters, one warm and welcoming, the other frosty and forlorn. As I contemplate my breakfast allegiance, I find myself at a crossroads. Do I continue to brave the icy frontier of Chick-fil-A's breakfast potatoes in the hope of a thaw, or do I succumb to the siren call of the golden arches and their toasty hash browns? The breakfast gods have indeed presented me with a mighty quandary. So, my dear breakfast enthusiasts, as you embark on your morning culinary adventures, remember the potato paradox that plagues the land of Chick-fil-A. Will my next breakfast excursion be a comedy of errors or a triumph of warmth? Only time will tell. Until then, may your biscuits be spicy and your potatoes piping hot. After all, in the words of the immortal Bard, "To potato or not to potato, that is the breakfast question.

Worst chick fil a location ever! Drive through is designed poorly and is very difficult to access and exit. I will never return to chick fil a because of this location. The experience I had here 3 times in a row were all horrible! The staff doesn't deduct rewards so you end up paying for items that state are free on the app and then when you tell them they do nothing about it. Corporate does nothing about it and doesn't care about customer complaints. The food is always dry and old that has been sitting around for hours. Drinks are flat too.. do not go here.

I get it's fast food but HOW DID I GRT BACON EGG AND CHEESE WITH NO BACON!! Besides that though typical fast food places higher quality food then most others. But yeah idk if it was the girls first day but she took my cars order and messed up when relaying back to us, then when we fixed it my sandwich was missing the most important part of it.

Chick-fil-A is delicious, and I love their food. But this location is just so hectic. This rating is not based on the staff, they were all so friendly and apologetic. It took us almost 30 minutes to get our online order, and I also placed a catering order for 11:30am pickup and we didn't get it until closer to 12:45pm. I'm glad the food came out great still, but the location was just so slammed and the parking was tough with a drive/thru like wrapping around the building and into the main road. Thank you to the team for their kindness, though!

Literally just came here got chicken nuggets and Mac n cheese requested ketchup as my sauce. They gave me no ketchup and no fork or spoon for the Mac n cheese. Extremely easy order how do you screw that up. Kid at the window didn't even check my order.

Today I got my food in a bag again and asked if I could get a tray. I was told they didn't have any clean trays. I left my bag and asked them to bring it out when they cleaned some trays. One of the managers (long light brown/blonde hair) brought my food, dropped the tray on my table and walked off. The tray breading, pieces of chicken and fries from another order on it. crumbs under the paper liner. I got lied to about the refund I asked for. Corporate told me I didn't get a refund credited. I finally got the refund. THE LAST TIME I EAT HERE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Always end up coming to this location because the one on ASU campus never has anything. Unlike the asu campus the workers here are very polite and always have everything. They never mess up my order, the food is great and I always leave pretty satisfied

It's a busy college chickfila. Despite that hardship, they're efficient, consistent, and work through the rushes like I've never seen. They're the only Chick-fil-A open til 12. Unlike ASU's Chick-fil-A, this place has never gotten my order wrong and were always quick to fix it if so.

Everytime i order from this location, there is an issue with my order. Either i'm charged for something that was a redeemed reward or they've messed up my order. If i add anything additional to an item or request an additional sauce it's always missing. Any time i've ordered a salad, they're ALWAYS missing the dressing or the side tortillas etc. You're better off going to a different location.

Nothing wrong with the new honey pepper pimento chicken sandwich. This thing has a good dose of honey plus the cheese and some jalapeños on the bottom. The flavors come together terrific. Also definitely try the new Caramel Crumble shake. It has great taste and chunks of cookies I assume. Good meal.

I actually wanted some spicy chicken strips. They said that I could only have spicy chicken on a sandwich. I was very disappointed. However, I proceeded to order a spicy chicken sandwich. I had them add pepper jack cheese as my choice for cheese on my sandwich. My cheese was cold. I mean ice cold. I thought that it could have been at least room temperature and ideally I would prefer that the cheese be slightly melted. My sandwich/chicken was not hot as well. The spice level was ok but the temperature of my chicken when they served it was not hot at all. In all honesty I mainly have been enjoying their Market Salad. I rarely order anything else. I think all of the hype about Chick-fil-A is a bit exaggerated. It really is.... I will just stick with the occasional salad.

Food was ok. Services was the worst. GrubHub is like a negative 5 stars. I don't think they could be any worse if they tried.
