Urban Boba Tea House - ASU Tempe

The parking was a little tricky if you go by car but the boba milk tea was good. I got the house milk tea boba (not by this name but basically the most simple one they offer, it’s how I test a boba shop). A little surprised that boba is not included by default but not a big problem. Barista was friendly. The boba didn’t stick to each other so that’s nice compared to some boba shops.

The boba thai tea that we got was really sweet. It’s the sweetest thai tea that I have ever had. Recommend getting maybe 50% or 25% sweetness.

My matcha boba hit the spot fs. It was good, the establishment was clean, and the music was a vibe. Overall a good experience. They’ve also got options.

Best fried I’ve ever eat in my life. So tasty crispy and crunchy. No need to dip with sauce unless you want more taste.Veggie fried spring rolls also crunchy and taste healthy in the same time.For milk tea. If you are not a fan of sweet or don’t like much sugar , recommend to reduce sweetness. Mine even reduced to 25% but too sweet but still tasty and yummy and refreshing. I ordered Hokkaido milk tea with boba btw.Cafe itself is quite small but cozy and relaxing. Nice decorations. Many seats to sit down and relax alone or with friends.Friendly staffs and fast service and smiley.Will visit and try another menu for sure.

Food is excellent. Parking is a little rough however the young lady inside was super friendly.
