Total disappointment!!!!! Came here based on high google reviews/rating and was completely let down. Ordered a bahn mi sandwich and the bread is not traditional French bread, it was small and overly doughy. On top of that the amount of meat in these $9 sandwiches was a joke, no kidding there was roughly two bites of the sandwich that contained meat, the rest was 85% bread. There was less then 2oz of meat on this sandwich, and for the price that is totally unacceptable and very cheap of the business. Will not be coming back and definitely would NOT RECOMMEND to anyone looking for a traditional bahn mi sandwich.

Legit one of my favorite banh mi's in the valley. I've tried a lot of them from so many restaurants, and I always come back to either this one or urbanh cafe, both fantastic banh mi's. The char sui was full of flavor. Plus the staff were friendly and the place is cute.

This family owned and ran restaurant produces the best banh mi, phu, wontons, egg rolls, noodles, fried chicken, Vietnamese coffee, and spring rolls you will find in Phoenix.
The spring rolls are beyond exceptional! They are made to order and are always fresh and crispy! You NEED to add spring rolls to your order, I prefer the traditional.

They were super friendly, and the service was quick and great all around. I really liked that they offered me a drink that wasn’t even on the menu. The food was delicious, especially the fresh ingredients.
I love VietShack! My overall experience of the restaurant was so great first coming here and service is excellent! My food came out almost instantly, I got the pork banh mi with the coffee and it was absolutely perfect!!

The food was awesome. Wanted something light, fresh and filling and that bun thit nuong was exactly that. My partner got the fried noodles and that he said was savory and very filling. They didn't have dining before, just the two little tables, but they've expanded and now have plenty of seating. Will definitely be back to try new dishes.

Good food but found plastic in my meal. Not sure if it was from the prep. When I showed the people they didn’t seem to care, didn’t offer to remake or even apologize at first. I would be concerned if I had food coming out like that.
