Vincitorio's Restaurant

Unfortunately not happy with our experience tonight, we came for Valentine’s Day and our waiter seemed like he was avoiding us as much as possible. He didn’t offer/give us water, or bread, never checked in on us and kept avoiding eye contact or would walk away fast. Gave us the dessert menu after I asked and never came by to ask us what we wanted… I ended up asking for the check instead whenever he finally came over. Even after giving us the check he didn’t come by for a while even though he kept passing our table, we had to literally stop him and hand him our check when he was behind us. I also asked him if music would be playing that night (because it didn’t have the 14th on the music schedule, but you would think since it’s Valentine’s Day they would) he didn’t know and said he would find out (never gave me an answer, but the pianist showed up maybe an hour into our dinner). I love the vibe inside, just disliked the experience we got unfortunately…

The atmosphere is so welcoming and the food is amazing. The owner welcomed us in as if we were old friends. I absolutely love coming here for the huge portions and the wine. Absolutely a wonderful Italian dining experience I highly recommend.

I have been a patron of VinciTorio’s for 20 years. Always had excellent service and delicious food. I went for Happy Hour today with friends and had the worst experience with the new manager, who was very unpleasant, demeaning, sarcastic, and rude. The list goes on and on. I will NEVER patronize that place again, and this was over a gift card that I had from the restaurant for a balance of 12.00 which he would not honor. Supposedly I am supposed to know the restaurant is under new ownership ( which I guarantee that his management style will never succeed) We have a large group of friends that used to dine there, but no more. And the word will get out. And it starts here. Do yourself a favor and find another restaurant to support. Service was slow , and the ambiance of the Vincitorios we once néw is gone

Love this place! It's my one requirement when I come in to town. Food and service and always top notch.

VinciToria's Restaurant is our personal favorite neighborhood restaurant for great Italian food.

Two couples went to this restaurant on a Friday evening to celebrate a birthday. There was one server for our area. She took our order and dropped off our food. No follow up , no refills on drinks. Three of us had terrible food. One person had lobster ravioli and said it was good. I had over- fried ravioli so the cheese was nonexistent. I do not recommend this restaurant.

My lobster ravioli wasn't quite the same as the previous owner. My wife enjoyed her plate. We didn't get any bread, my water was empty most of the night only being filled once. Typically that wouldn't be a big deal but that's all I was drinking. Mario, Bridget, Sarah, Angelica and the rest of the staff are totally missed. The vibe they brought can't be replaced!!

We love this restaurant and can always expect a great experience each time. The food was incredible and so was the service. The new owner is super friendly, kept the same awesome food and the piano player last night made it a perfect night to share with friends.

Beautiful and welcoming place. Unfortunately we waited an hour before drinks (other than water) were served. That of course put a damper on the whole evening. Our server was new and apologized but the damage was fine. Nevertheless it is so charming and the food do good I will be back.

We arrived and were greeted and seated in the wine room. The live music started shortly after our arrival providing a pleasant atmosphere. We shared the anti pasta appetizer, and then both ordered the Seafood Fradiovolo for our main, which includes clams, mussels, shrimp, scallops and calamari in a spice tomato sauce served over linguine. A salad and garlic bread was included. We enjoy a bottle of Pinot Noir with our meal. The food was delicious and service on point. Looking forward to returning. Highly recommended!

Our dinner last evening was very disappointing. The service was very slow and we had to ask multiple times for items, the service was extremely slow and disorganized. The food was good but not exceptional. It took nearly 15 minutes for drinks and 45 minutes to get food served. The restaurant itself seems to be not well maintained. The lampshade over our table little was falling apart and stained . Salt and pepper shakers nearly empty and dirty. We will not be returning again to this restaurant.

Our family has been going to Mario's restaurants for years. Always a favorite when our family gets together. He and his staff are wonderful hosts and the food is excellent.

The moment you walk in, this Italian spot smells incredible and the food does not disappoint. The service was top-notch with drinks always filled and plenty of tasty dishes like lasagna, ravioli, sausage with pasta, and even a Philly sandwich. The cozy vibe made it feel almost magical, and I can’t wait to come back to try the pizza.

Prices on web site are not accurate. I am a long time customer and new owenship have failed to update their website to reflect new prcies. I called to place to go order, person who helped me on the phone was extremely pleasant but also indirectly apologetic when correcting the prcies for my total. This is unacceptable, I am a local business owner and you do not quote a different price then what you advertise. I will check again in a few days, whether I come back again will depend on what im reading vs. what im quoted.

Again to point out, food and service is excellent. One issue only, as a customer i believe it's crucial this becomes a priority.

Wonderful, as usual. It is my favorite Italian restaurant of all.. Julio was a fantastic server.
