I should have turned around and left the second I noticed several tables had most of the food untouched and left sitting on the tables. Place was filthy and the employees didn't seem to care. I ate about 80% of what I ordered, which really surprised me since I usually eat everything on my plate. IMO, the waffle was pretty bad. Until today, I never met a waffle I didn't like.

Everyone already knows that Waffle House is the safest, highest quality restaurant in existence, so I feel no need to explain any more.

I usually dont go out of my way to leave a review but this was unreal. My best friend and I walked into Waffle House at 10pm wanting a fresh hot meal. Before we even opened the door to go inside we saw a worker tall man blue hat on pick his nose and eat it… I’m not even kidding literally a grown man. We stood in front of the door and said should we even eat here now? We ended up walking in and We weren’t even greeted as I had to say “Hi” to the servers. Before we even sat down trying to pick a table to hide the view of this man we looked back and hes STILL ACTIVELY picking his nose. Wiping it on his shirt and apron. Absolutely gross to see while thinking about food. I immediately pulled a server her name is “Emily” and I said he won’t be serving us because we watched him constantly pick his nose. That’s unprofessional and disgusting. She then said who? I said him with the hat. She turns around and looks at him and he’s STILL picking his nose. She reassaured me that he isn’t a cook and he’s not serving us, she is. I said great. So we just sat down to order. As we get our drinks a man walks in and sits over in the other section. Dillion the man that has picking his nose for the last 15 minutes walks over to the man to greet him and take his order. Before he made it over there emily said something to him and he looked at us then threw his hands up then continued to walk over. So you are telling me before washing his hands he’s now serving someone else? Absolutely unbelievable and unacceptable. Will not be returning to this location. Pictured below is our server emily, Dillion, and the customer that was served by him.
Side note, Our waffle was soggy and uncooked at the bottom. Waister said we can remake it. At least there’s that!

Nick tonight at Waffle House was outstanding from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, Nick greeted us with a genuine smile and made everyone feel at home. He anticipated our needs with perfect timing—refills without asking, recommendations that hit the spot, and a friendly, professional attitude that never felt faked.
The food was great, but Nick’s service truly elevated the experience. He offered helpful tips on the best combos, checked in just enough to be attentive without being intrusive, and left the table spotless when we were done. He even added a personal touch that made us feel like regulars in minutes.
If you’re looking for a memorable, easygoing dining experience with top-notch service, ask for Nick. He’s the kind of server who makes you want to return simply to relive the great vibe. 10/10 would definitely come back.

Had this absolute legend Nick as our waiter tonight and he was an absolute stud. Super funny, chill as hell, and a food-service wizard. Drinks stayed full, service was fast, and the whole vibe was great.
If management is reading this — protect this man at all costs. Give him a raise, a trophy, or at the very least a ceremonial sword.
I would come back here every day if it meant Nick was my waiter.

We met my father in law here for some dinner since he was passing through. The food was great and the service was outstanding. Especially since the cooks were taking orders and serving because the waitress was to busy outside braiding someone's hair

Robyn is rocking! She was on point and made sure everything was just right. Even for our take out order. If I could give it 10 stars , I would. This is the best waffle house.

Came in on a Sunday around 11am busy as expected, never had this happen. Bf and I placed a to go order and waited almost an hour an $30 order after to get it. Not to mention the 20% fee they charge for To-go orders. And I tip on that. People coming in after us were being seated, and finishing their meals before we had gotten ours. This is really ridiculous. I’m 100% sure they forgot our order, they gave me someone else’s meal and
