This was the worst Wendy's I have ever visited. I pulled in and the young lady working the drive thru window got on the mic and asked me what I wanted. I asked for chili. She said, " can you wait a minute please?"I was like sure no prob.She had me wait like 5 minutes and the place was empty, I don't know what happened. Finally She came back on the mic and She asked me for the size I would like and then i ordered a few additional things.I get my order and no chili. I tell drive thru Girl and shel tells me I didn't pay for it. So I handed her the money and asked for the chili. She leaves and comes back to window and says, " we don't have any chili left for the night."I laughed and said, " that's why we are here. "She then told me I ain't to talk to her that way or I can get the hell out of there. She scolded me for a good while and I laughed and said this is ridiculous

Dont even bother with this Wendy's. They're rude as hell and you only get quality service every blue moon. They'll short change you or give you a faulty menu item and then get mad when you ask for another item to replace it. Their service skills are absolute garbage and the manager sucks.

Someone stole my mobile order 3 minutes before I got there, classy move. The staff were awesome and remade my whole order super fast. Quality food, great service, they nailed the special orders as well.

Wish when they are open at 6:30am they would be ready to go and not have to wait 10 to 15 minutes to take an order ?.

I’ve eaten at alot of McDonalds in my life and this is the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. To summarize my 40 minute ordeal: window attendant handed me the wrong order, told me to pull forward to wait. Waited for 15 mins (three sandwiches and 2 fries), decided to go in and see what was going on, pure chaos. I was asked what my order was, I repeated it for the 2nd time in this visit. I was told by the same window attendant there was a 17 sandwich order and I’d have to wait. The MOD comes out 5 mins later with another wrong order. She asks me what my order is and if I have a receipt (I was never given one). At this point it was 30 mins of waiting between the drive thru, parking and inside. I told her I wanted a refund. She said she couldn’t find my order, asked me to look and see how much my bank card was charged. I was able to pull it up on my app and she gave me money back. I walked out - there were several upset customers behind me. It should be this hard, folks. Went to Rally’s up the street, ordered similar things, total was $9 cheaper than McD’s!!!

Respectfully most know I try and be nice. But someone explain why I need to lie when the worker scanned 2 of my codes. And the mgr deletes it and I loose both offers. Yet you tell me I’m lying and you can do nothing about the offers. Well if you delete them shouldn’t you get those back or you still honor those. Because that’s your job as a mgr

There's a girl with a lot of piercings on her face she worked today 2/16/2024 and I went around 10:00pm on the drive thru and she was so damn rude the whole time. I was also asking her for sauces and she closed the window on my face. Girly if you don't want to work there then leave you get paid to take orders and handout food for you to be rude about it? It's not like you're doing it for free

Worst place ever I went sat down for 3 mins after that one of the managers came up to me and told me that I was sitting there to long that I had a choice to order or to leave that there was a sign on the door that said the same but never was no sign ! He gave me a few mins to sit and then came up to me again and said are you going to hurry up and order or leave ! I told him I was going to cooperate made me not want to order at all and go else were . I was just at this location and I usually order there ceaser salads ! The customer service is very bad they don’t pay no attention to your order the drive through usually gets the order wrong that is why I go inside ! But the food isn’t so bad during the day it’s the night shift that is bad !

The young lady that works closing shift with the eyebrow piercing is undeniably rude. I came to pick an Uber eats order up around 1am, she greets me on the mic in the drive thru and as soon as I told her I was here for an Uber order it goes silent and I don’t hear anything for minutes so I finally just drive up to the window, she gives me a very dirty look and continues to ignore me. I tried to knock on the window (even though she knows I’m there) and she continues to have a dirty look on her face and totally ignore me when she could have just walked up to the window and said they’re closed or their computer is down or whatever the case may be. This is the 2nd time in the last week this has happened to me and it’s been the same lady both times. I’m not one to usually do reviews but this lady is the face of the company and makes this place look bad.

My boyfriend and I went into the Wendy's at 48th St and southern places our order and sat down waited for 8 mins went up to ask about our order and it hasn't been put in yet so we wait more then 2 sandwich were brought to the table I ask where was the rest of the food had to give our receipt we ordered 1 combo pretzel baconator 1 pretzel baconator sandwich 1 lg chili no onions when the rest of our order came the fries were over cooked the chili looked all dried out and wasn't what should have filled the bowl and with no cheese I ask for refund was told they don't give refunds but would give another chili I said ok when new chili came the bowl had dripping on the side and still no cheese we spent $30 dollars that I felt wasn't worth the food and service we received won't be going back to Wendy's any time soon and that's to bad because there are foods that I like there
