Well, I went there this morning for their dollar breakfast biscuits I ordered one of each asking for mayonnaise to be added to each one, when I arrive at the payment window, I was asked again if I wanted mayonnaise, which I said yes on each one got my order got to my destination, and low and behold no mayonnaise on any of the sandwiches. The biscuits are good won’t knock them on that they’re very good but they’re dry. They need a little mayonnaise or something and that’s the only thing I asked and they couldn’t give this. Pictures added to show no mayonnaise. Otherwise this was a great value breakfast and I will go again but next time I’ll check my order before I leave the window. That’s why I can’t give this a five star review

Completely got the order wrong Replaced things on burger, they didn’t do it Worst, most boring fries I’ve ever had. Unsalted completely Drink is flat And forgot sauce I’ve never had a time where every part of my order is wrong. Ridiculous

This location sucks!!! I've experienced a lot of low quality services but nothing beats this Wendy's. The workers are rude and can't ever get your order right. My family and I ordered on Uber and when it came we were missing more than half of our items on a fifty dollar order. Uber gave the money back but we ordered the missing items again for pickup instead. But when we got to the Wendy's the workers were extremely rude. They told us that they didn't have what we ordered and instead of trying to make up for it or asking if there was something else we wanted they gave us about seven large fries and told us that that's all we are going to get. They should have just made orders unavailable online. And I thought it was a one time thing cause it was pretty close to closing. But the next day on the way home my girlfriend and I stopped to get food. She ordered a Dr pepper and baconator fries. They couldn't even get that order right. They didn't even put bacon on them, not a single piece. The service here is terrible and something needs to be done about it. I would rate zero stars if possible.

Good was correct and good, but the drive through person was absolutely terrible. Didn't give me a straw for my drink and gave me a regular lemonade when I asked for a zero sugar one and that's very important to me because I have type 1 diabetes.
horrible store. ordered baconator fries and they gave me regular fries. ordered them a second time and they gave me fries with bacon without the cheese sauce. i understand if youre out of the item but at least communicate with the customer instead of having me waste my money TWICE. called and no answer.

I was given cold chili that had a lot of ketchup poured on top. You could’ve at least heated it up. Straight in the 🚮 trash it went and wasted money didn’t have anything to eat for work.
