I love Wendy’s! It’s fast fresh and hot! Love the frosted and the employees are always friendly. It’s my go to place for my fast food fix and talk about great prices and they let you substitute. Love it! Thank you wendys

Got the big bag today with chicken nuggets and double cheeseburger. I knew the burger tastes funny and now throwing up with food poisoning. Last time I ever eat Wendys or fast food.

Started refusing service because not allowing my service animals to be in there shop as told by owner/the one in charge. Or serve homeless either.

I never abused their kindness, only went inside if I had money, gift card, it kindness of another soul.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Wendy’s. After placing a mobile order under a common name, I went to pick it up and said, “Pickup for [name].” The employee asked for my last initial, which I provided, and he told me to proceed to the second window. However, instead of simply fulfilling the order, the employee suddenly became rude and defensive, saying he was going to report me to Uber Eats, him assuming i was a delivery driver—even though it was a personal order. I showed him the app to verify it was my own order, but he still refused to give me my food unless I apologized for asking how many orders they had under my name. He even threatened to call the police.

This behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I ultimately left without my order. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures customers are treated with basic courtesy and respect.

I love this location.
Love the great value their breakfast offers. The morning crew specifically has my heart. They keep the drive thru moving and are good letting you know they need extra time to make it fresh. Never had a bad time.

Well, I went there this morning for their dollar breakfast biscuits I ordered one of each asking for mayonnaise to be added to each one, when I arrive at the payment window, I was asked again if I wanted mayonnaise, which I said yes on each one got my order got to my destination, and low and behold no mayonnaise on any of the sandwiches. The biscuits are good won’t knock them on that they’re very good but they’re dry. They need a little mayonnaise or something and that’s the only thing I asked and they couldn’t give this. Pictures added to show no mayonnaise. Otherwise this was a great value breakfast and I will go again but next time I’ll check my order before I leave the window. That’s why I can’t give this a five star review

Worst, most boring fries I’ve ever had. Unsalted completely
Drink is flat
And forgot sauce
I’ve never had a time where every part of my order is wrong. Ridiculous
