This is my second time this location and the stench and stickiness from the dirty mop water they use to mop the floor is horrible. It smells like a sewer. Other than that everything was fine.

Bought new Mushroom burger & bacon cheese fries around 5pm, at 10pm got upset stomach/through-up the burger, must have been undercooked meat or bacon. Wont bw ordering again

Just witnessed a young make employee play "keep away" with sauce packet with a little girl. It lasted about 20 agonizing seconds. Not okay.

I usually only review for good experiences but this one frustrated me. I put a mobile order in so that I could just pick up my food when I got there. When I got there apparently I had to check in with the cashier for them to even start making it so the mobile order was pointless. Then I wait about 15 minutes for them to get me my food. Then I got home to eat and they shorted me 3 nuggets when I paid for a 10 count! Do not go to this wendys!
With the use of kiosks now to place orders, you would think it would free up a body to wipe the tables. Every table is dirty.

Been here a handful of times and they constantly mess up orders not sure if it’s the staff or management but it’s ridiculous and they have the nerve to tell people they don’t give refunds when they clearly have made a mistake, your better off just going to the next nearest location and not wasting your time here.

This Wendy’s is clean, but very slow. I waited 10 minutes for a biggie bag and pretzel baconator combo and also only got like half the fry boxes filled. The poor guy at the counter was struggling with making changes (I assume it’s his first or second day?) and the manager came over and redid the bag, but put in the BLT instead of the regular and didn’t put in the modifier and I got the wrong sandwich. When I went up to tell her, she told the employee he did something wrong and I had to tell her 3 times that he put it in right. Then when I checked my receipt, I saw she put it in wrong. I assured the cashier that he did nothing wrong and he’s doing a great job, because he is. The food was fresh and delicious, the store clean, the cashier nice.

**update. They closed down and reopened with a whole new staff. The trash service and constant mistakes remain. Stay clear of this abomination of a Wendy's.
This is a terrible Wendy's location staffed with employees who do not care about service. I have had multiple issues historically and because it's the closest one I keep coming back like some kind of Stockholm syndrome sufferer. This latest time I sat at the drive through for multiple minutes with no word, assuming something was wrong I lurched inside to place my order. This is where my confusion compounded as when I entered there were multiple employees standing around. At this point I advised the person behind the register of my experience and frustration. This notification was met with a blank expression as if I demanded them to tell me what 37 times 836 was without paper or a Texas instruments advanced computation device. After a full 30 seconds of awkward silence I muttered "ok, it's clear you do not care" and turned my eyes towards the menu. The actual ordering process went smooth. As expected, my chili was completely forgotten about leaving me to request it again when my bag was slid my direction and I was asked if there was anything else I needed. I wish i could say incidents like this were isolated but they are not. On at least 4 different occasions (when I get a response in the drive thru) I have had to loop around to get items I had asked for explicitly. On none of these occasions, this one included, was any attempt made to rectify the situation. I wish I could say that I wont be back but like an abused spouse I will keep coming back because of the fond memories of the Wendy's that once treated me so well. My only hope is that you steer clear of this funhouse of a restaurant and take your business to literally any other Wendy's location. Dave Thomas is probably rolling over in his grave.
The store just had a re grand opening a few weeks ago. looks nicer, but there was a lot of homeless people sleeping behind the Junction box right next to the drive thru. The Attitude of cashier was god awful she acted like why am I bothering her and when I got my food and brought it home food was all thrown in the bag and missing items one being order 10 piece and got 4. spent 25 for food that looks like its found in a trashcan, Just save yourself time and just 1 min down the road to In and Out. Trust me I wont be back.
