They don't speak English so they get the orders wrong, they hang up on you when you call, and they don't seem to even try hiring English speaking people to work in an English speaking country. Do not go here if you don't speak Spanish!

Used to have a good crew here. The night shift is awful. Gave me the wrong food, they refuse to listen. Sour attitudes. they do not know their own products. Told me I was wrong. Gave me a sandwich that was cooked god knows when. Wanted to argue with me. etc. This place can not get worse. Seems management does not care. U wonder why you have 0 customers at 6pm?. Who ever owns this franchise is to blame. This place makes Jack in a box gourmet. The laziest woman in the world and you hired her.

This location should be ashamed of their employees. I am fluent in spanish and could hear multiple employees disrespecting me to my face, multiple times, assuming I don't speak spanish. Younger girl on the heavy side with thick black glasses was disrespectful, rolling her eyes at me, gave me a hard time over her mistakes with my order. Check your order for extra charges and make sure they don't mess up your food. They do this consistently.

Always a reliably good Wendy's. I think the same GM has been at this location for a very long time. At least 5-7 years. Which is rare in the fast food industry! He does a great job.
For years I have struggled with Wendy's. The burgers being microwaved was my biggest turn off and the service has NEVER been consistent. Yet here I am, hoping that one day I get that Wendy's burger of old. The day when Wendy's was just knocking it out of the ball park with slammin, juicy, hot, cheeseburgers, and all the other menu items were on point. I could just kick myself for the wishful thinking that will never happen. I usually don't eat at Wendy's. They have been a thorn in my side for years by trying rationalize their service, thinking that it differs from location to location. What Wendy's has proven to me is that they are consistently bad no matter what location I visit. The burgers are not cooked to order and are not even warm when one gets the order. And this time my burger was barely room temperature and my chili was less than room temperature. Who likes to eat cold chili??? I'm done. This was my last attempt. Silly me.

We went through the drive-thru and asked for ketchup and they told me there was some in the bag and when I got to my destination there was no ketchup and they served me as if I was fast and that's fine but there are times when the courtesy of saying hello is important, that's why I give one star.
