This place says the restaurant lobby is open until 11 on Google and on the Wendys website, however, they arbitrarily decide to close the lobby and ront have the information posted on their doors or online

They don't speak English so they get the orders wrong, they hang up on you when you call, and they don't seem to even try hiring English speaking people to work in an English speaking country. Do not go here if you don't speak Spanish!

Used to have a good crew here. The night shift is awful. Gave me the wrong food, they refuse to listen. Sour attitudes. they do not know their own products. Told me I was wrong. Gave me a sandwich that was cooked god knows when. Wanted to argue with me. etc. This place can not get worse. Seems management does not care. U wonder why you have 0 customers at 6pm?. Who ever owns this franchise is to blame. This place makes Jack in a box gourmet. The laziest woman in the world and you hired her.

Well run store. Just upset my hamburger bun fell apart in my hand. Surely then can make a bun that won't fall apart.

This location should be ashamed of their employees. I am fluent in spanish and could hear multiple employees disrespecting me to my face, multiple times, assuming I don't speak spanish. Younger girl on the heavy side with thick black glasses was disrespectful, rolling her eyes at me, gave me a hard time over her mistakes with my order. Check your order for extra charges and make sure they don't mess up your food. They do this consistently.
