Nothing against the location or the service. Just happened to be the location I tried their new orange dreamsicle frosty. The corporate people making the recipe missed the mark. If you had some version as a kid, you know. It was lacking orange flavor. Missed the mark bad. It will definitely be a flop.

Terrible customer service. I ordered 2 double stacks and the female cashier put in 2 double cheese burgers and those are twice the price. I told her it was wrong and she told me "this is what you ordered " I said no its not. I ordered 2 double stacks. Then she just gives me this blank stare and doesn't call a manager over to fix it.. no. Instead she just stares at a manager bit when said manager comes over the cashier never says what's wrong and so manager walks away.. I wasted 20 mins of my lunch time just trying to order.

I stood at a kiosk ordering my food while employees walked by. When it was time to pay it wouldn't take my payment. When I asked the employee (Seemed to be manager) he said that doesn't work ...I should put a sign on it. Employee took my order must have been new. Managed to get my order in and was given my cup. Wasn't sure if I should drink from soda machine...had dried food on the lever and was dirty. Tables were also dirty. Would not come to this location again.
