Visited yesterday and had great pretzels. They were fresh and hot and is the only location I've found the cheese cups to actually be heated well. Oscar served us and was very nice. He was friendly and fast when taking the order. Definitely good service

Classic pretzel with a Coke can't go wrong double-dipping

Pepperoni pretzel was pretty good! 2 stars because I got the Blue Raspberry slush and it tasted like straight up water. Very disappointed that I paid for that.
Extremely disappointing ? was at the mall to pick up a backpack for my kiddo and decided to get a pretzel and cheese (since I rarely visit the mall this is a treat for me) bought my combo to a shocking $13. Went to grab my first piece and was hard as a rock! We had already left mall and made it to the car by the time I tried it. What a waste ??

All of them in mall only want to help out a customer who is bending over backwards to purchase something they shouldn’t the lazy people at the register and maybe they would have better outcome for more customers customer service is trash
Always reliable, what can I say about them besides the obvious.On this visit we ordered the pizza bites, and although expensive, we enjoyed them completely. Usually I order them unsalted and dunk them with one of their sauces, but I didn't have the privilege this time around. Try it out if you haven't yet, you won't regret it, I promise. Sometimes they are a bit hesitant to prep you some without salt just because it does take a bit more work from their part, so be patient.
I wish I can give zero stars.
