I love Wetzel Pretzel, but the inconsistent hours are ridiculous. Last month I went to this location and they were CLOSED, but I saw on the door that they were only open on the weekend. Cool. I went on a Saturday night and got some fire pretzels. Today I tried to go at 9:40pm and they’re closed?? Online it says that they’re open on Fridays and the door had a paper saying the same thing.
If you change your hours or there’s a reason for not being open on days listed to be OPEN, then we the customers should be made aware.
It’s easy to write on a piece of paper and stick it on the door.

It says there open but there not. They dont even answer there phone. One of my favorite places to eat yet the nearest one isint open. Sad to say it dissapointed me that i have to go to the mall one from now on.

I don’t get the hate for this place, we just got the dog bites, and as per typical wetzels, it came out pretty good! No complaints here.
Parking: There’s a ton of parking spots behind the shop.

Go to the mall and get pretzels this place is not the same. I got an order of pizza bites and cheesy dog bites. Burnt and cold when I got them. And took more than an hour. Won’t be coming back here.

Don't expect the same pretzels as mills mall where they make them fresh, this tase like they've been sitting out all day they also don't put salt on there pretzel but on a side note their lemonade is pretty good ?? also I didn't drive here but getting in n out looks annoying and parking lot is very small if that helps anyone driving
