It's sad your hours really don't make sense at all. Hire people to work normal store hours. Sad that I have to go to the one at az mills even though it's farther.

Inconsistent hours. 9:40pm on a Friday night and it's closed, despite the hours, displayed on the front of the store, show it's supposed to be open until midnight. Disappointing.
I love Wetzel Pretzel, but the inconsistent hours are ridiculous. Last month I went to this location and they were CLOSED, but I saw on the door that they were only open on the weekend. Cool. I went on a Saturday night and got some fire pretzels. Today I tried to go at 9:40pm and they’re closed?? Online it says that they’re open on Fridays and the door had a paper saying the same thing.
If you change your hours or there’s a reason for not being open on days listed to be OPEN, then we the customers should be made aware.
It’s easy to write on a piece of paper and stick it on the door.

Go to the mall and get pretzels this place is not the same. I got an order of pizza bites and cheesy dog bites. Burnt and cold when I got them. And took more than an hour. Won’t be coming back here.
