Lots of customers waiting over 45 minutes for food orders that were wrong. Wasn't a fan to begin with and this experience sealed the deal. Never again! Even if I have to kick and scream to get my way. I'd rather eat road keel.

We visited tge white castle in tempe az for the first time and was very disappointed. The service was so slow, the bread was soggy no taste to the meat just blan . No napkins they were out in the dinning area so they gave us the crappy brown style paper towel. Table were dirty including the outside tables. Drove 25 miles for what is suppose to be these famous sliders nothing good about them. Very disappointed .

White Castle has been a place that I grew up with in the Midwest. Glad to see there are a couple locations in AZ. Good simple food. Not something you should eat on the daily but I treat myself once awhile.

The burger was the worst ? I've had from White Castle ?. I will not get the 1986 burger again. And it was too salty.
I can honestly say that this white castle location has completely changed my opinion of white castle food as a whole! Now whenever I go to Ikea it's MANDATORY to stop and get some sliders and onion chips. No questions required.
I will never ever ever ever never ever go here again. Sat in line for almost 20 minutes. Got home 30 minutes later, and my food is still cold. The cheese wasn’t even melted on the sandwich. The inside of the burger was cold. I just want my money back and a heads up. Don’t ever go here because they rush you just to send you out with food. That’s not fully prepared.

Drove 45 minutes for some White Castle. 100% worth the drive, food was incredible for the price, staff were friendly and the atmosphere was clean and inviting. They even had one of the NFL games playing on a tv for us to watch while eating. We will end up going to this location again in the future, would like a White Castle expansion deeper into the east valley eventually.
