Went there for the first time. The service was great; Staff are Professional; Washroom was clean and stocked; and GM Sonya is so nice and friendly. I shall return real soon for sure!!!

The burgers were good but the chicken sandwiches were superb hard and dry. The worst part was the wait. When we pulled up there were two cars ahead of us and we still ended up waiting 30 minutes for our food. Not very fast for fast food.

Not all that great unfortunately. What im assuming was the manager had to tell someone a few times to come take my order because I had been standing there for a bit and when I was waiting it took a while and they kept having to ask what I ordered. It was fresh but my sliders were soggy

I am very sorry to report my visit today was not very good. The staff was very unorganized, the food prep area was not kept clean, I asked for no onions and they did omit the onions on the inside but they had so many onions on their prep area, I ended up having a ton of onions on the underside of my bread.My French fries were old and cold. The front staff was polite and helpful. The chicken sliders were overcooked. And there were extended wait times in the dining room, there was several people very upset waiting for their food. I will not be back to this location.

Waited 20 mins for a drive thru order only two cars ahead and another that came after got there food first. I ordered 2 sliders combo. I told them I had to go, when I got my food the sliders were cold and the French fries were stale. They need to improve there operations.
So this is my first time ever to a White Castle. And I will say that as a Westerner who is use to flavorful, spicy food, eastern style foods are always bland to me. I appreciate the size of the sliders, but the bun they used was kinda soggy when I got it. Honestly the best tasting thing was the fries. The soda machine was having issues and there were hardly any drinks available because of it. Also, the machine was very loud. May not always be that way. I might have just been unlucky going today. Lol Service was great though, and the food was hot and ready quickly. The bathrooms were clean although the floor was very sticky like they used too much soap in the mop water. It was like walking on spilled soda. I personally would not eat here again. I am glad to have tried it though. 😊 Just not my cup of tea.

My wife has never had white castle and wanted to see what all the hypes was about. I tried to tell her it's okay not anything special well the look of disappointment on her face when she realized it wasn't anything special don't get me wrong it's okay.

Originally from Chicago and a recent arrival to Phoenix, I was surprised to see a White Castle. Haven't had one in years, we went through the drive through (about 11 am, Sunday). Order Sliders and some fries. Three cars in front of me and one behind. We waited about 20 minutes with nothing happening at the window. The first car left with no food. We all moved up. I waited another 10 mins and still no food or activity at the window. I pulled out of line and left, along with at least two other cars that had been in line. No food, no service. What a huge disappointment
