Went there for the first time. The service was great; Staff are Professional; Washroom was clean and stocked; and GM Sonya is so nice and friendly. I shall return real soon for sure!!!

The burgers were good but the chicken sandwiches were superb hard and dry. The worst part was the wait. When we pulled up there were two cars ahead of us and we still ended up waiting 30 minutes for our food. Not very fast for fast food.

So this is my first time ever to a White Castle. And I will say that as a Westerner who is use to flavorful, spicy food, eastern style foods are always bland to me. I appreciate the size of the sliders, but the bun they used was kinda soggy when I got it. Honestly the best tasting thing was the fries. The soda machine was having issues and there were hardly any drinks available because of it. Also, the machine was very loud. May not always be that way. I might have just been unlucky...
