They over changed the meals and refused to fix the price upon asking. I ordered a number 3 combo for dinner (small amount), which the price is $11 , and I ordered two of them. But they ended up charging me $33 point something dollars, and after I corrected the server (cashier), whose name is Marco, and he charged me $29.80 after the correction (keep in mind that I ordered the small portion of the combo), I later realized part of the charge included tip that I didn't give. So they automatically charged me a tip without permission. On top of that, the items on the receipt are listed very unclear and doesn't match the title of what I ordered

Normally every thing is very good. The food order was not what I had ordered. They were 25 minutes late on the order. The fries and onion rings were soggy and cold. The BLT was on a hamburger bun which I did not order. Disappointed this time

Nostalgic for me. Reminds me of my Dad every time I bite into a chilli cheese dog. Not the best food in the world but I love it.
RUDE! Had the worst experience. The owner Eduardo is beyond rude. HE messed up the order, we had to go back and told him. He not only didn't try to fix it, he started arguing with us. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! HE WAS BEYOND RUDE and the order was still wrong. As an owner he should be ashamed. Don't give this place business. Trash.

When we went back to ask for the offset to be fixed Eduardo the so called “owner” at this location was super rude he became very aggressive and started arguing with us.

I ordered from this location for delivery. But somehow my order got switched to pick up. Despite following instructions on the website to contact the store Adrian and the staff advised that I must come pick it up even though I did not have my car. This forced I ordered from this location for delivery. This forced me to have to take a Lyft to pick up my car then pick up my food which by then was cold and stale. But Adrian was so kind in remaking the order. It would be helpful if the website provided accurate instructions
