Tonight’s interaction with Evan reminded me what excellent customer service looks like, so much so that I decided to leave a 5-star review on here.

I’ve been a fan of Wildflower for years, not because of the customer service but largely due to its fast and healthy meal options since it’s so difficult to find these days. But tonight I became a fan of Wildflower as a company, and that is specifically because Evan works for Wildflower.

I loved my experience at Wildflower! I got a bacon egg and cheddar bagel and a coffee and my morning was made! I also want to give thanks to Michael, who helped us from the moment we walked in the door (admittedly we were a bit confused as to what to do). He helped guide us through ordering, brought us our food, and continuously checked on us to ensure we had everything we needed and that we were fully satisfied. Thank you Michael, and thank you Wildflower! I will be coming back!

Wildflower is so underrated!! The food is so good and it’s always very fresh. All of the soups are so good and taste homemade, there are so many salad options for a great price, and the pastries are to die for. One of the workers, Megan, is always there when I come in to study. She is the sweetest and is always so welcoming. She makes the whole experience so much better!! If you ever don’t know what to get she is so helpful and very knowledgeable!
