Absolutely not respectful. Waited for more then 15 min just to order in a empty restaurant. Colleague told us we will be served in a min and that never happened. When we left the restaurant HUNGRY the other workerwalked in with a sandwich from subway. The worker that told us to wait didn't serve us either.

We ordered 30 wings, all were nice and crispy, that's as good as I can say about them. We had three different flavors, the three different sets were different temps?? The buffalo and garlic parm were very under seasoned and while the mango habanero were well coated, they had virtually no spice to them, and they were supposed to be one of the hottest offered.

I love Wingstop, I go to them quite frequently. This one was clean for the most part, but it was very dead inside.

The issue at this location is the service. It is abysmally slow for how little people were there. The guy (Kenneth) taking our order took far longer than one would expect for one order. I had to say the same order 3 times to get the correct order (I only ordered one meal). It’s not like the music was loud or the (non-existent) patrons were loud either.

Restrooms are locked and not accessible to the paying customers unless you have a worker open the door for you. Most Wingstops suffer with customer experience I’ve noticed, but this was by far the worst experience be had.

Not to mention the food, which was not up to Wingstop’s standards, the 2 others I was with had to take the food back up to the counter to get the ordered cooked properly or forgotten sauces on the wings. Wings came out with NO sauce at all, orders not prepared correctly, orders not served in the order they were taken, long wait times (again, for how little people where here), etc.

Came here on Friday night(9/27), the cashier only told us it’s gonna be a 25 min wait after we have already paid due to oil change or something. He didn’t even know how to process refund, the girl came out and couldn’t figure it out either. After wasting our time they told us the refund can only be processed the next morning. And they wouldn’t even give us the drink as compensation either. Horrible experience and bad customer service skills. Will never go to this wing stop location again.

Ordered 20 lemon pepper wings and was only given flats and one drum, just barely even a sprinkle of lemon pepper seasoning. The wings are closer to tasteless and bland. I called 10 minutes before arriving, was told it would be about a 20 minute wait, no big deal at all. I ended up waiting almost 45 minutes after I arrived at this location. I was told twice that my order was being bagged and it took over 15 minutes after I was told it was being bagged to receive. This location is really in dire need of help. I can only highly recommend NOT ordering from this location!!! Nothing but a waste of money. Just sad that this is what I received when “WINGS” are in the business’s name.

I've called this location on several occasions, including today. They refuse to take my order then said order it online and their computer system was not working. Ridiculous!!
No worries though I just called Native wings and got my order taken over the phone.

If I could give this food zero stars, I would. This was my very first time trying wing stop. Ever. Everything was perfectly cooked and hot, but I have never had saltier food in my entire life. It tasted like someone slathered everything in a thick layer of salt. It was completely inedible and vomit inducing. I got the chicken sandwich, Louisiana fries and 4 tenders… spent $33 of my hard earned money, and none of it was edible. Disappointing is an understatement. Even the sauces I got were salty, HOW DOES THAT HAPPEN? Beyond salty ranch and cheese sauce. ? I don’t see how anyone could eat here if this salt level is the standard. Completely disgusting and will never eat at wing stop ever again. Totally not worth the money and I wouldn’t even feed this salt infested food to my dogs. ??????

I made an online order and when I went in my order wasn’t originally ready which was fine. So I waited, when I got the food I didn’t check it like I normally would going anywhere. Which I should have this was my first time to this location and MY LAST. I got home and opened my food my fries tasted old and soggy like not how they normally would taste, my corn was burnt like BLACK, and my wings were so hard and the chicken was dry as heck inside. Because I had to put my baby to sleep I couldn’t take it back right away. I tried calling and got no answer at all, almost as if the phone was off the hook. I tried to eat the food but I just couldn’t do it. I’ll be taking the food back today and see what they say/do. I’ll update once I get back from doing that.

Staff seemed like they didn’t have a sense of urge at all. Restaurant had about 2-3 families all served and still had me on hold for over 12mins. Manager had no presence . Will drive to any Wingstop but this one .

Placed 2 orders for delivery and someone picked it up and never delivered it. It was obvious that when I called to check on my order the person who answered the phone said an order was never received but they were completely stuttering and fumbling their words as if they were caught red handed in a lie. How is it that I’ve never had an issue with Doordash, I use it several times a week and now I have back to back order issues with this location. DoorDash submitted the order but wingstop claims they didn’t receive it. When infact the order was received and someone worked with an employee there to pick the order up for themselves to benefit from. Horrible customer service and lack of integrity.
