Ordered a few mins ahead so we didn't have to wait too long. After 15-20 mins, my husband went in to grab the food. A worker told him someone already picked up that order/they gave it away and they'll remake the food and walked away. My husband told me what happened so I went inside and sat on the bench to wait. Was a bit upset but mistakes happen so I just sat there, not a big deal. The cashier asked how they could help me so I just explained what my husband had just told me. She just stood there, stared at me, and walked away. No further explanation, no apology, no ETA or confirmation of what my husband had just told me was correct, nothing. That's what really made me mad. How're you gonna look me in my eyes and just ignore me? I was not rude at all whatsoever, did not raise my voice, I was just reiterating what was told to me to confirm the order was being remade. We waited just a few minutes longer and our order was ready, I thanked the worker who cooked the food and left. We got home and I noticed the bag was dripping butter all over and stained my white shirt. To top it off, I started eating a piece of chicken and it still looked a little pink inside. This is not the first time there's been a problem at this location so it's been super frustrating. It's never been as bad as our experience was today. There's usually excessive wait times which I can deal with from time to time. It was not busy at all today. We will not be going back. Booo!!!

Food was a 10 but when I went to go get my drinks the front counter girl decided to not lit the foam fully leave the soda and she ended up giving me a half way filled DRINK!!!

Such a kind team. I was late for my pick up order and they remade it for me! Something they may commonly due but, very kind nonetheless. They work until, midnight… the best people on the planet . Will and Sade are remarkable, thank you both!

I placed an online pickup order for fries at Wingstop. When I arrived, they were still being cooked, which I didn’t mind at all. I actually prefer my fries fresh out of the fryer.
But once I got to my car and couldn’t resist digging in, I was surprised (and not in a good way). The first fry I pulled out was cold. Not lukewarm; cold. On top of that, the fries were inconsistent in size, some were super skinny, others were thick like wedges, and the thicker ones were undercooked and doughy inside.
I did complete the survey on my receipt and was contacted by Corporate, who reimbursed me. That’s the only reason this review gets two stars instead of one. I appreciate the follow-up, but the food quality just wasn’t there this time.

Monday august 25 at 10:23pm hours of operation clearly state 12am closing time. Lights are on but no one is present and the door is locked. How is the business supposed to make money when people arent doing their jobs. I wasted time and gas coming over here. Do better

For the last 4 times we've order here they have forgotten something in our order from veggies to tenders. Open every container and make sure nothing in your order was left out.

The bone in wings were raw inside still! All the boneless wings were luke-warm and they were ordered “well done”. The fries were actually cold and soggy!! Just disgusting!

If I could give no stars I would of .the employees had NO gloves on !the woman you could tell didn’t like her job was rude definitely won’t be coming back . Restaurant filthy . I don’t have a picture but I do got videos I would love corporate to email me
I had an hour lunch and rushed to this location because it was down the street. I spoke with Jay who had great customer service over the phone and in person when taking my order. When talking to her on the phone, I asked her for the 20 piece wing special and a side of carrots and ranch along with the drink and asked if I could have my wings extra crispy. Jay followed my instructions to the tea. Also special shout out to Raven and Tie who were also in the back assisting Jay with my order, it seems they are a good team together and I hope they are there for a long time. Just a suggestion whoever reads this post they’re human just like us and not every day is gonna be a good day but prior to coming in here and getting my food I prayed for the staff. I prayed for the atmosphere. I prayed that my food would be fresh, prayer does work. What I ordered was mango habanero in Louisiana rub. I will say that Louisiana rub is the bomb. My food was packed and prepared for me within five minutes of getting there.
Absolutely horrible service! I doordashed 100 wings, 3 large fries and veggies for a gathering I was having. I only received 45 wings and veggies. I called and spoke with manager Casandra and she was so rude. She was unwilling to help or refund my money. She said if I had a problem I could call cooperate.
Waiting on my wings for an hour . And we sat right infront off register waiting . Food was done. And no one checked on us.. to ask.. or when they say us order and waited.
