The wings were not crispy and skin was a bit chewy. Some of them did not have sauce, like it was wiped off. Had I known I needed to ask for them to be cooked extra crispy would've. Other locations don't have this problem.
The service was awesome though! I didn't see how the name was spelled, but Ilyana or Alyana did a good job getting as I walked in and others that came in after and all with a smile.

Food is always way over seasoned with salt you can't even eat it. cold fries never fresh. bad customer service, workers are rude, always on their phone or too busy messing around. Every time I order online my order is always messed up and they never like to fix it they always say there's no supervisor or manager available. I've been to several different Wingstop and it's all the same. what are they thinking when they hire these kids. Shame on you Wingstop

Went to newly opened Tonawanda location for a pick up order we did online. Not only were the fingers cold, they didn’t pack our cheese fries! We didn’t realize it til we got home. I emailed them with no response. Very disappointed!

This place is always freezing cold. Summer out winter, it doesn't matter. Staff knows, they get complaints every day from customers. Forever, the thermostat is locked so they can't change it.

Bring a winter jacket, or take your food to eat over on the Chipotle patio next store.

Wanted to order.. but the lady infornt didn't want to attend me, because they already had a long line, and the wait time was long aswell- then we went somewhere else they also had a long line and they didn't hesitate to take our order.

Im a college kid and I work in food and I understand how it all works but i ordered 15 wings and its been 40 minutes lol and they only have 2 people on. This place is cheap af about its employees it wouldnt hurt to hire another person to help out if it meant better reviews. Girl who cashed me out went to go help in the back no gloves saw her mix the wings up then wipe her hands on her shirt/lick her fingers. Do not come here period.Even though theyre nice it doesnt excuse how crappy everything else is

First time at this location. It’s clean and staff was attentive. I ordered a 15 piece wings bone in and when I opened my box at home I only had 14 wings. Lowkey was kinda sad I got short handed a wing. The wings barely had any sauce and they wings were not crispy so was even more sad. The ranch was good but more watery than before. I wasn’t happy with the food quality and wingstop has room for improvement.

I called 3/21 @ 12:15pm girl put me on hold bc she said she was helping 1 customer. Was on hold for 10 minutes, then she answered the phone and asked if I’m the guy that’s there. I said no and she put me on hold again. I called from a different number after waiting on hold another 10 minutes and same girl answered and was willing to take my order immediately…… makes no sense.
