This was very good. In my video review, I give it 4.65 Harley’s out of 5. Very moist, just a touch light on flavor, but that is personal taste. A place I will go back to.

I’m strictly Carnivore so only had the brisket and no sauce. I think you will like it.
This pic is 1/2lb. I started with that to see how it was.

Dropped by this place with my wife and son. We ate a late lunch. The service was great. Food was excellent. The pricing was reasonable and the BBQ was great! They actually had a few nice bourbons and the owner mixed our drinks himself (great job!). I will definitely be going back.

The owner made me the best Old Fashioned I’ve ever had. I had 3 helpings of baked beans (said no one ever before) and the mac and cheese was amazing. Ribs fell off the bone. Service was great and employees were so nice. We’ve found our favorite bbq!
