I was really disappointed with my recent visit. I went through the drive-thru, paid for my order, and only later realized that they had added a tip without asking me. Tipping should always be optional and at the customer’s discretion, not something the staff decides on their own.
I understand that tips are appreciated, but it’s completely unacceptable to take one without consent. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth, and I won’t be returning anytime soon. Customers should always be given the choice, especially when it comes to their own money.

Love this place. The people who work here are all down to earth and it feels like you are at a friend or neighbors house. I've been coming here since the early 2000's.
Xtreme bean used to be our go to local coffee shop but unfortunately the service and quality seems to have gone down. If you don’t go on a Thursday, Friday or Saturday morning, you’ll get mostly creamer drinks and barely any coffee. Food is always good though! Please bring back the hummus 🙏🏼 Eric, jay, and Adam are amazing! Love the vibes inside, live music at a coffee shop just adds to the comfort.

Iv never gotten food poisoning from a coffee shop before, but here we are. I had never been to this shop before. Was picking up coffee before a work meeting. Got a Cold Brew with oat milk and Carmel. A couple hours later my stomach was in knots. Two days later I’m just now getting back to solid food.
Cleanliness is not just a requirement, it’s a public service. I won’t be back!

This is not the place where they sell "coffee" drinks loaded with syrups and sweeteners, that you can't even taste the coffee itself. If that's you, then go to the big store one. This is the place that takes time to make your drink as perfect as it can be. Good people and great product. Highly recommended!
