We had an amazing cappuccino with a cute design on top and a delicious cinnamon coffee cake muffin this morning. Our barista was so nice too! Great spot!

Every Xtreme Bean I've been in has had just the cosiest atmosphere. Helped a lot that it was rainy, but it really does feel like someone's living room inside. Employees were having a deep discussion about the meaning of life. Great place, delicious chai, need to try their desserts.

The place only has 4 tables and a bar length, plus a dark study room with a few single seats. But the students, only when classes are in session, are there only between 12 and about 4, when they have to go to work. It appears to be dead the rest of the time, but it's probably busy when live music is playing. The coffee rush at Gilbert and baseline beats it easily.
