Its the best the teriyaki chicken bowl it's bomb well one of the best one of my top 5 ...but the jalapeño poppers are super bomb.com best I ever had never had anything like these poppers one of a kind could eat these everyday yummmm!!!....I recommend them..... sushi is really good also go check them out wont disappoint....had a few stuff off there menu and all been delicious.....A+

At first glance they looked closed. I wasn’t sure , it looked dark and empty no employees in site. Then upon walking in someone greeted me from behind the counter where I could barely see him.
Then I ask the guy for half Chicken half bulgogi (my spelling may be wrong) but he said they didn’t have bulgogi just beef and chicken🤦🏽‍♀️. That is the beef lol. Also the food came out so fast but at first I didn’t think nothing of it. Then I go to eat it and they make it look pretty but the meat was either over cooked or had been sitting in a warmer. Definitely not a great taste! The chicken also looked like they cut it any way and just threw it in the bowl . Then upon eating I found plastic in my food. Which was concerning at that point. Normally yogis is 🔥 and they cook to order, but this location I do not recommend!!!!! Bad customer service and just service in general . They at least greeted and said thanks for coming. I guess that’s all good but the food… NO GO!!!!

The moment I received my food, the chicken had a strange odor and clearly wasn’t fresh. It was hard and dry. Overall, this location is awful and I won’t be returning.

They switched their take out to smaller circular containers instead of the square ones with tall lids

Now all the rice gets smashed into a paste on the bottom and has horrible consistency. Hopefully they're just between shipments and this isn't permanent.

Bald guy working there is ableist and was rude to me, I’m hard of hearing and he was really condescending. And I still tipped, I regret doing that now…

I’ll start off with saying it’s my fault for ordering takeout at 8:30 PM after work The guys were not taking orders when I arrived. I explain to them. it was a pick up so they just handed me my order unfortunately the chicken was not cooked all the way and the meat was also very chewy. I had to throw it away. It was disgusting. I called that night, but no one answered. Then, I called the next morning. A guy answered and said manager was not there. He also refuse to give me the manager name. I tried getting this resolved but you guys won’t let me get thru a manager.

Avoid this place at all costs. My fiancé got severe food poisoning after eating here. The chicken had a strange odor that turned out to smell like fish — possibly from cross-contamination during cooking. I didn’t get sick only because I didn’t eat my meal. She became extremely ill afterward, and we’re considering contacting the health department so they can inspect the restaurant. Something definitely isn’t right with their food handling.
