I’ll start off with saying it’s my fault for ordering takeout at 8:30 PM after work The guys were not taking orders when I arrived. I explain to them. it was a pick up so they just handed me my order unfortunately the chicken was not cooked all the way and the meat was also very chewy. I had to throw it away. It was disgusting. I called that night, but no one answered. Then, I called the next morning. A guy answered and said manager was not there. He also refuse to give me the manager name. I tried getting this resolved but you guys won’t let me get thru a manager.

Avoid this place at all costs. My fiancé got severe food poisoning after eating here. The chicken had a strange odor that turned out to smell like fish — possibly from cross-contamination during cooking. I didn’t get sick only because I didn’t eat my meal. She became extremely ill afterward, and we’re considering contacting the health department so they can inspect the restaurant. Something definitely isn’t right with their food handling.

Absolutely 10/10 customer service. We had an Uber Eats order and the driver left a bag behind so I called the store and spoke to John and he let me know they still had the food so I told him I’d be there to pick it up shortly. I arrived and Endy made me a fresh order because she couldn’t find our bag. She was incredibly sweet and apologetic about the situation. When I arrived home, someone from the store personally drove out to deliver the food to us. Super appreciative of them going above and beyond! Food is always delicious and we will be coming back in the future!

Food is always great. Alot of sauce though. Maybe to much. But not a common occurence. The cashier was very sweet, polite, and helpful. Atmosphere is standard lunch style seating. Nothing to exciting. The barstools by the window are a nice touch however.

Just had the worst experience here. Cancelled my order after some bald headed, condescending guy treated me like I was trash for trying to clarify my order. I will never go here or recommend this place to anyone. He has no business being in the food industry treating people less than!

Amazing crew. We were back visitng Arizona and ordered some dinner. Amazing. This store has some great integrity. There was a comp glitch that part of our oder didn't go through. We callrd store and they made it right. It is how a mistake is handled that shows how the company treats customers. The made it and updized it. Abdolutely delicious. This is why when we are back in the valley, we always hit up Yogi's!

First time ever been here and the guy worker who takes orders was rude! Wish I could leave no stars! He was rude by being smart and giving me and my family a hard time. The girl worker in the back was just looking, acting like she didn’t notice.
