If I could list zero I would! Server/expo touching food without gloves... touching her hair over and over and over and over red/orange hair. I WILL NEVER ORDER FOOD HERE AGAIN. NASTY.. NASTY.NASTY...OH YEAH THE SERVER ALSO EAS PICKING AT HER TEETH... DIDN'T WANT TO IMBARACE WITH A PIC...WHY DOESN'T ZIPPS REQUIRE ALL EMPLOYEES TOUCHING OUR FOOD RO WEAR GLOVES

This place is an insult to the restaurant business, as they do not know the first thing about customer service, at least not the Zipps on Warner RD in Ahwatukee. We were a party of 8 and we had drinks and a couple of appetizers, that came out okay. Then we ordered dinner, that's where the trouble began. First they brought out one persons meal, then 5 minuets later they brought out 3 partial meals all 3 of those were waiting on their sides, then 5 minuets later they brought out 3 more complete meals, another 5 minuets they brought the sides for the first three meals. We are now 20 minuets into the first meal being served, and the 8th meal is no where in site, with no explanation of what was going on. Finally after we asked 3 different people 3 different times the 8th meal finally got to the table 35 minuets after the first one did. Naturally everyone at the table had already finished eating leavening the last person in our party eating all by themselves. When we questioned the Manger, he was not understanding at all, in fact he was argumentative and rude. He said it was our fault because some people ordered salads and others ordered fried food and they can only put so much in their fryers. I tried to talk to him but he said no I not talking to you I am telling you how it is, if you do like it you can leave. I for one will never go back to that Zipps or any of their other locations if this is any indication of how they train their staff to deal with customers. I gave them one star only because you can't write and review and leave no stars.

Failure Republicans. Ordering 2 slices with ingredients that you slap on cooked cheese pizza is not good enough. The woke is coming for you.

Prices were great. Drinks were good and cheap. The food was decent bar food. One of our orders were forgotten and they attempted to tell us that since it's now gotten so busy it will be a while and that they can't push our food to the front despite their mistake. Had a conversation with them and they did rush the order. Games were on and is a great place to watch the games.
