The little manager that was there tonight 04/14/2023 @ 7pm or so. My nephew has never been there he is 10 so he assumed you use the tongs to put thr toppings and my nephew accidentally touched the yogurt with the tong and he turned to my nephew and was rude to him. He aggressively spoke to him. So my nephew felt bad and embarrassed. He could not process the refund for whatever reason and we went to COLD Stone CREAMERY. HE YELLED AT OUR GROUP AND SAID "GET OUT OF MY STORE" As we were walking out a woman and her child heard it and said they weren't buying at Zoyo because of the rude little man. So we ended up buying $60 worth of ice cream at cold stone along with paying for the mom and her kid since they so happen to go to COLD STONE AS WELL we paid an addition 23.00. Money well spent for better service, treatment and a child not getting YELLED at for something he didn't know he had to do!! Way to go ZOYO on hiring someone that's unhinged.

Amazing yoghurt with toppings! The only issue is that they accept only card or cash and sometimes only cash !!!! so you have come back empty handed which is extremely disappointing!!!

Google had their hours as opening at 11am. We arrived at about 1240pm and they were closed. The sign on the window said they would open at 1pm so we figured we would be patient and wait. At 1:10 they hadn't opened so we called and asked if they were open, the girl that answered said yes. After waiting 5 more minutes at the closed shop doors, we went home. Since we walked there, we wasted over an hour :/

This was a 15 minute drive for us but it was cute and they had lots of options so it was worth it. Not much to write home about in terms of customer service but nothing BAD.

The sugar free selection is always broken in every zoyo I go to. They never offer compensation for never having what I need and forcing me to leave or consume sugar. I'm going to just stick to yogurtini where I get the best selections that adhere to my diet.
