Great food, very spicy though. Service was not very good. Instead of shouting at you across the room maybe they should walk up to each customer and walk them to their table not point to where they can sit after shouting at you.

The food was decent, for Safford, except I asked for green chile on my rellenos and got some weird sauce that wasn’t like any actual chile I’ve ever seen on rellenos, but I am from NM. The service SUCKED!!!! I was never checked on, waited 20 minutes for sopapillas, finally gave up on those, I guess you don’t get a check so I went up to the register and told her cancel my sopapillas and their service sucked, she said “yeah, we don’t have control over how long the food takes”, it wasn’t busy enough for sopapillas to take over 20 min and it wasn’t only that but the fact that they never checked on anything either, that can be controlled. She needs to watch her snotty attitude.

It's a hole in the wall kind of place, which is fine they are usually some of the best as it concerns the food. I sat at the bar, which is a food bar, not with a bar tender. I was waiting for quite some time to order. My food took forever to arrive (45ish minutes), the food was good, though. when it came time to pay, I waited a long time to get a check and then was told it's at the register. I feel as though they should have told me this upon the placement of my meal in front of me or when they seated me. Jus say'n. They were nice, no complaints about their attitudes. I just felt uninformed and abandoned at the edge of the bar. It was also very pricy as I paid $23.00 for an Arnold palmer and a chimmy enchilada style. No rice or beans. Overall, it was not a great dining experience. I'm not sure I'll go back.

The service here is terrible. You wait an hour and a half for food and it felt like a bait in switch. I ordered something and they waited until giving it to me to inform me I couldn't have what I asked for. They wouldn't even waive a gratuity fee or anything for not giving me what I asked for.

Absolutely love La Casita. I have been coming here since they opened getting a cheese crisp with chili strips is my go to. I have memories of sitting with my Grandpa Hoopes, my father Jay Hoopes my Hoopes cousins and just me solo. Seems like every time I come to Thatcher it is because we need to bury someone in the cemetery. The generations that lived in Thatcher are Graduating on. La Casita has become my comfort food in my sad days.
The restaurant is clean. The servers are kind there is a small town atmosphere and usually I recognize or know someone within the restaurant. The food is delicious sometimes the service is super slow. But that is because they are super busy. Every time I am in Thatcher, I will return.

The salsa is very spicy and has no FLAVOR! It took over 40 minutes to receive food after ordering it and then when it git to the table it was not very presentable! The toasted beans were grayish in color and soupy! The chilierenos where just awful ? and the waitress was suoer rude and saying we better order something else if we didn't like the food because she was going to charge us anyway! Do t recommend this place at all.
